This place is very comfortable and all the services of the hotel are great. The food taste and quantity from the restaurant is amazing. I would recommend giving them an opportunity to serve you if you are coming for the first time to Varanasi. The best part is that the distance from hotel to temple is 500m

Very bad experience and I'll not recommend anyone this hotel for stay . The room are very small according to the price they charge and even the ac is not in proper condition. Service is very slow .

Very bad customer service, As they don't properly communicate with the guest , we have booked for triple occupancy 2 rooms and on the first day we reached arround 1 am and they said triple rooms are not available,and gave us 3 double rooms which was very congested in space , and second day shifted us to a triple room where there is no glass for washroom window ,while checking out after making payment also they were not ready to give any manual bill also , and as per the staff we have payed complete amount after reaching home again the reception staff was calling continuously ,as they have made a mistake for the payment Pathetic service over all Won't suggest to go there with family

The receptionist is very rude and she don't even know how to attend the customer and the way of her talking is quite unacceptable.

This is a very good hotel to stay in Banaras. Both Ganga ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Mandir are at walking distance and cars can go up this point only. The rooms were neat and clean with basic amenities needed and they have car parking facility too. Our family had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Food is average and found a hair in the food. And really bad service. Never recommend

Worst very bad service . They don't clean the room . Service person arrives after 1 hours . Food service is very bad . Too slow . Reception is very slow you ask for food they take order after an hour then they deliver food after another hour . I won't recommend this hotel
