Only location is good... Otherwise all things are below par if you consider the price they're charging. 2.7k for such small rooms & limited options of buffet breakfast... These rooms are not more than 1.5k at max without bkfast & including bkfast 1.9-2k at max.

We stayed hotel in 13-4-25 ... everything was wonderful..rooms were very clean staffs behaviour were very polite... specially neerajg behaviour was fantastic ... location was great ... breakfast was good.. We were fully satisfied hotel service..we recommend this hotel 2500-4000 budget...

Best Hotel & service ever. We were staying in Room 406. Specially thankful to Aamir Jannat who guided me for all the stuff in varanasi, Always smiling face . Thanks for making our stay comfortable. Next time we will visit for sure in this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel during Kumbh Mela, when room rates were inflated to 10,000 (though I believe the room's true value is around 1,500). Considering this price range, here's my assessment: Pros: - Located near Sigra Mall, with plenty of outside food options - Easy access to autos for traveling to Kashi Vishwanath (though it's a bit far) - Helpful restaurant staff - Decent restaurant with average food taste - Hot water was available throughout Cons: - Small-sized rooms with okay ventilation - Can not use their towels, and bedsheets were old - Both owner and Reception staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, treating the hotel more like a local lodge. Don't care about customers and not interested to guide. Overall, this hotel is below average one, opt it only if you don't have any other options.

Excellent place and super helpful staff. Stayed with friends in their family room which can easily accommodate 4 persons. Staff was cooperative and delivered service attentively. Situated at the heart of the city with various stores and mall accessble by 1-2 minute walk. 2-3 kms from main temple and easily accessible by autos. Food was super delicious. Special thanks to Rohit Singh and restaurant staff who took care of all our request and delivered excellent service. Applause and kudos to Varun and Luv (owners) who went beyond their way and made sure we had a memorable and pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again and again.

The Food Lovers restaurant in the hotel offers good food and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Speak to Rohit he is very professional and service is good. Nice authentic Indian dishes but can accommodate to western tastes if you find the food to spicy.

Its like a 2-3 star hotel. Far from temple autos charge like 150-200 hundred each time and takes time in traffic. For 3k plus rooms they dont provide any complimentry services. Noisy room. Staff not courteous. I cancelled my further stay here and took room near temple. Food not good no taste. Saw good reveiews and booked but doesn't make sense for longer stay. One plus is safe for families but at night if u r coming back from temple its difficult to get autos and its quiet area.
