It was overall a great stay and every other service provided by them is best whether it is of food or of rooms.The plush bedding invited a restful night's sleep after a long journey. A delicious breakfast spread offered a delightful start to the day. The attentive staff anticipated every need with a genuine smile. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service, contributed to a truly memorable experience.

Rooms were clean and the service was good. We even took a boat ride through them and it was worth it - they charged 2500 for a family. Friendly staff. The hotel is in a small gully - cars may not be able to get into; so not sure about the parking situation if you get your own car. Didn't use the on site restaurant.

It was good stay for two days in hardik palacio.|And it was all cleaned rooms and spacious for a family or two peoples. ||I'll recommend people to stay if they are coming with family or friends or couple.||Location is also great and near to temple. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience Our recent stay was ruined by the sheer arrogance and greed of the management and front desk staff, particularly Mr. Ram, who was shockingly rude and uncooperative. The hotel management seems entirely money-minded, creating unnecessary chaos out of a minor booking error just to squeeze more money out of customers. Despite paying for a premium room, we were provided with a deluxe room that matched the images shown on their public domain website, which was misleading and dishonest. The complete lack of customer service and basic humanity from the management and front desk is appalling. They are far from being customer-friendly, showing no courtesy or common sense in handling situations. Adding to the frustration, hours of unnecessary discussions and delays occurred between the hotel's public domain website and their front desk staff over trivial changes, even dragging on until 11 PM. All they seemed to care about was money--nothing else. The only saving grace was the ground and serving staff, who were polite and professional. Unfortunately, their good work is overshadowed by the terrible behavior of the front desk and management. If you're looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, avoid this hotel. It's not worth the hassle or frustration.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The washrooms were spotless and I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. The breakfast options were impressive. They gave us a lovely memento when we were checking out which was a thoughtful gesture.

Very very good hotel, Service is best. You should stay here atleast once if you are in Varanasi. Temple is also near so it will help you in that also. Breakfast is also very good with variety of foods. You should stay in this hotel atleast once it was a good experience.
