HOTEL AUGUSTO VARANASI

We stayed for two days and paid 4.5K for five people, which was quite reasonable. The best part about this hotel is its location--right on the chowk, close to all major temples and key spots, making it a great place to stay for travelers. Pros: Excellent location, easy access to important places. They have a lift, which is a huge plus, especially for elderly guests or carrying luggage (many nearby hotels don't have one). 24/7 hot and cold water supply. Staff was helpful and polite. They provide travel services, with banners displayed for guests to explore options. Cons: No windows in the room, which made it feel a bit closed off. Towels and glasses provided weren't clean. No sufficient toiletries were given. Washrooms could have been bigger.

Hotel is newly renowned. Behavior of entire hotel staff is good. Food service and quality is too good. Hotel fall into centre of the city. Baba's temple and ghats is very near. Only improve to install n arrange ventilator/exhaust and emergency exit

1. You will need to walk with your luggage in order to reach this place. (Walk of atleast 1 to 2 kms). Don't fall in trap of the hotel that you can reach 200 metres distance of the hotel. No ricshaw will drop you there. 2. No ventilation in rooms (No windows). Airtight rooms. It might get suffocating without oxygen supply 3. Broken mattress in rooms which is very pathetic. you cannot sleep properly. 4. No ventilation in washroom. 5. Room service and cleaning is a hassle. you need to request multiple number of times. 6. All besheets are torn and dirty and smell foul. 7. Water bottles are charged 25 Rs per litre. 8. Location is good but inorder to go somewhere and return you will need to walk 1-2kms everytime.

Best part of this Hotel cum Restaurant is it is in the heart of Kashi That's why all the pilgrims site are very nearby And dashashwamedh Ganga Arti is also nearby Food and rooms are good enough in terms of their tariff.

The prices were high.. 4.8k for a double bed room. the bedsheet and blanket were full of people's hair.. they didn't even have washed the bedsheet n all. One staff behaviour was good but given the price at least deserves a better service.

The hotel was not the one shown in the picture. The behavior was very poor here and the staff was arguing over small things. As mentioned the rooms very bad and there was nothing as banquet , gym ,etc. The location was good but the overall experience was poor and very bad.I would suggest you to not stay in this hotel

staff's behaviour was so arrogant (RUDE) The manager whose name is neeraj is very much rude to everyone . We had made a booking with advance payment for 10 deluxe rooms . They allotted us only 9 rooms . Just because they had overbooked the hotel for a particular date . Even after that they charged us an extra amount . Which is kindly not fair . It feels like we are cheated . Kindly avoid going to such hotels

Very worsen services and the staff is so arrogant. One day before I booked the room and see the room condition and paid the booking amount Next day when I visited there the room now changed and allot me the lowest category room and the reply was that we can not wait for it. It's really worse and the person is so arrogant. The condition of the room was so bad. So I request all to please don't go there otherwise you will waste your time and money.
