My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dolphin Grand in Varanasi! The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, ensuring our comfort. Every aspect of the hotel, from dining to amenities, was top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Very good experience i booked a suite room there and everything was good expect the bathroom as its looking old ... They only need to modify their bathrooms rest assured Room was good & large , service was okay & location was too good . Will recommend this for sure .

Recently we stayed here with family.We have very good experience here. rooms was good, food was also good. Rooms service also good. Hotel situated in good location. Overall our experience in this hotel is very good.

It's a budget hotel near the railway station and visibly on the road. All the banks and ATMs are available near the hotel. Building wise it's good and the house keeping team performs their duty on time to keep the hotel clean and dust free. Service wise it's ok as they provide very limited toiletries in the washroom. In the mornings they have a very limited option for breakfast and didn't understand why they provide per person food. If there are two people in one room, either 4 pc parantha or 2 pc parantha plus 1 plate poori bhaji or 2 pc of toast is available. Indians are fond of having a good breakfast in the morning and they have to give at least some good amount of food. The team at reception is good and supportive and helpful to first time travelers coming to Varanasi. You will be able to get auto rickshaw and battery rickshaw outside the hotel which is the convenient mode of transport.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent and well-maintained. I highly recommend Hotel Gautam for its outstanding service and comfort. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for two days and had a great experience. The hospitality was excellent, and our room was spacious, neat, and clean. The only area that could use some improvement was the food, but otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay.
