Four Leaf Hotel - Sapphire Blue, Varanasi

This hotel is basically a two star property. The rooms are small, and not properly maintained. It is located in the cantonment area. This hotel does not provide any non-veg food. The menu still has non veg items mentioned but they don't provide it. The breakfast is ok. The only good thing about this property is the behaviour of staff. The staff is very cooperative.

Only rooms are good but pathectic service! Not at all worth the price! They charged us 6,600/- for dbl occupancy on MAP plan. For dinner they made us eat food prepared for other group which was sweet and not std. There was 1 group for which buffet was arranged as per their budget and menu and they made us eat same food even though they charged us 600+taxes and it was quite disappointing. Even for breakfast they are so slow in refilling even though they have a count of inhouse guest still they are not prepared. Always messy and they don't clean the dirt near food tables. Shabby and even their kitchen is dirty. Staff if horrible! They only don't know anything and instead of asking or helping us with our requirement or booked things, they will rudely reply and tell us incomplete things. Hygiene is poor at buffet. Restaurant is small so far group this hotel is not recommended. Rooms are good but washrooms are not that up-to-date. I would only recommend this property ii you are not left with any other option. Or just book stay with breakfast only. Eat meals outside.

Terrible experience!!! The management basically exploits customers. Due to heavy traffic we reached Varanasi around 2am and while looking for a good hotel we reached here. The guy at reception told us for 2 rooms the cost is 12k and I will have to checkout at 11am. So we asked for a single room and the price for a single room was again 12k and both without breakfast or any other amenities. When we entered the city we were being followed by few people on bike as we had asked them for some good hotel location so for safety purposes we decided to take a hotel asap. The rooms are not as per shown in images and the service is also bad. Very bad experience.

one of the best hotel to stay in Cantonment, I mean the hospitality, ambience and services were promoted and delivered was same as promised. Room were spacious, neat and clean. The check-in and check-out went soo smooth. And the morning breakfast was wide spread and absolutely tasty. Thanks the entire team to make my stay this much comfortable. Really I will make stay in this hotel only whenever I visit Varanasi again. Highly recommended.

I am a solo female traveler and hence my priority while choosing a hotel is the safety and security. The staff at Four Leaf were all extremely gracious and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Spacious room, clean bathroom, decent room amenities and clean bed and bath linen. Basically everything that is needed for a guest to be comfortable has been provided. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for four days at this hotel. Our experience was miserable. for a three star hotel and the price we paid it lacked all basic amenities such as|1. no running hot water on the first day and no water at all on the 2nd day.|2. broken toilet seats.|3. no towels in the room until we asked.|4. the restaurant had very limited and poor quality food.|5. The staff was very slow in responding.|Basically, it was like a Dharamshala. On top of that they refused full refund for a cancellation requested 12 days earlier.|Very disappointing when they publish a totally different picture than what they offer.|Do not recommend this place to any decent traveller.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Varanasi, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel failed to meet even basic standards of hospitality, and I faced numerous issues that made the stay very unpleasant. Here are the specific problems I encountered: 1: The rooms had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to stay. 2: Despite booking a higher-category room, the staff initially tried to allot us a lower-category room, which is totally unacceptable. 3: The bathroom basins had water clogging issues, and warm water was unavailable in the bathroom. The staff said there was some issue with the water boiler. 4: The room we booked was advertised on the hotel website as having a bathtub, but the room did not have one. 5: Room service was extremely slow; I had to call multiple times to get even the simplest things. 6: Basic amenities like towels, dental kits, bucket, and mug were missing from the room, and I had to request everything. 7: The first aid kit box was empty, containing only two medicines, which is a serious safety concern. 8: The TV set-top box was not recharged, and I had to ask the staff to fix it. 9: The hotel seemed severely understaffed across all departments, leading to inefficiency and poor service. 10: Even the lift was not functioning properly, causing further inconvenience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I will never book this hotel again and strongly recommend others to think a thousand times before booking this hotel.
