Hotel Le Lotus Grand

Customer service is so good at hotel. All staff are very customer friendly and giving good care. Food is an important part for any hotel and Hotel le lotus grand has done a marvellous job by providing such a delicious cuisines with wide varieties. Had a brilliant experience of stay. Excellent !!!

Good hotel, nice food, great ambience, rooms are neat and clean and big with all the amenities. Front office staff was very cooperative, polite and supportive. Overall we had a great holiday and thsnks to hotel le lotus grand for great services. Highly recommended.

It's at kakarmatta. Nice place. Location wise very nice. Their floor is very clean when you walk there, shoes make sound. Staff behaviour is good. E special their General Manager. He is a nice person. The room is very good, costing around 3500 per night. They also have banquets. Inhouse restaurant is also available. Everything fine. Parking facilities are also there.

Nice location good taste of food,Clean and big rooms with all the amenities.Not very far from mandirs and ghats.Staff was very cooperative and polite.Important thing of a hotel is food and the chef of this hotel have a great taste.Thanks to all the hotel staff.

Over all i had good experience with le lotus hotel and staff. Food was very good and fresh. ajay at front desk is very help-full he provided early and hassle free check-in as required Thank-you for the experience
