Garden View Hotel

On the way to Ayodhya from Prayagraj, I have to take a halt at Sultanpur. I came across this hotel and to my satisfaction for a reasonable price and a stopover expected, this is good one. The staff is courteous and food cooked heigenic and homely.

Stayed here for 2 N during maha kumb, clean and tidy hotel for it's age quick and efficient service made better with tasty food...

It's best managed hotel at Sultanpur by a professional Hotel management entrepreneur. I have used this place for many of my guests and all gave a 100% satisfactory note to this property. Staff is very helpful and owner , a hotel management graduate , Mr Sandeep is a very nice thorough gentleman, ever ready to help.

Currently staying in hotel. Everything is fine but they are not following the hotelier protocol. Eg only 1cup tea allowed in breakfast.no complimentary onion and lemon its chargeable. I think they have to mention it at the time of check in. No complementary minerals water except premium rooms. Thanks god I am staying in premium room 110.receptionist is telling me that he is following order he is also very rude. Food portion is also very less. They have problem in interacting with kitchen staff. Mr om singh stoped me and asked me not to talk kitchen staff while I was telling kitchen staff they what kind of food I want. As per me its not faire in hotel industry.my colleague stayed in 109 he was also have same feeling.

.|Stayed at the garden view hotel in sultanpur and found that the service level had improved from my last visit. The spa was excellent as usual (with Alpha providing excellent service) and their new therapist, Tsherring, worth trying out. Also, I appreciated the effort made by their restaurant when I had made a special request. Their manager, Tarun, went out of his way to cater to my request, which was well supported by Chef Deena and their support staff prince and dr. Suraj. Thank you all.

Nice hotel to stay at affordable rates, well behaved staff and healthy foods.

Stay here like as home, very cooperative staff. Fully neat and clean room. Nice foods.
