Ramgarh Resort

Just attended a wedding at this resort and I couldn't find one thing that was good here. Location is very very far from city. Very very untidy and shabby from sofa cover to table linens and carpets to mats everything was dirty. Even the waiter uniform was dirty. Extremely poor service. Nobody was cleaning the dustbins timely. There were overflowing and literally we had to remind the staff atleast 10 times for this. Because of which the whole place became even more dirty. Waiters, uff, slow as snail. It didn't matter to them whether there is a long queue. They were serving snacks at their own comfortable pace with dirty hands. Now coming to food. Even that was bad in taste, bad to even look at it. Not even one item was well cooked and served. Everything being served was even cold. Rooms are decent looking but again alleys and lobbys were not being cleaned regularly and so were very dirty. No mosquito repellent in rooms. All in all simply select this wedding venue at your own risk.....

The location is quite far from the city but it's spacious and beautiful. This is a banquet hall don't get confused with the name

All members are good and food quality is also good

Location of Ragarh resort is very good for grand celebration like marriages and parking area is very huge. If I talk about interior design then it's nice and clean. Rooms ate fully AC.

Best resort to book for parties and other functions.

This place is located in outskirts of Gorakhpur..banquet hall is good but AC problem is there with more number of people. Washrooms are smally with no ventilation provision

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially night lamps. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our family function enjoyable.
