Worsttt experience! Went out with my family for Mother's day celebration...Pathetic Service, Food served cold,Service time and Staff behaviour was worst. The breads ordered were served from behind(Party buffet) Extremely chewyyyy!! Please do nottt spoil your quality time Not worth

Very spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating "We've stayed at a lot of resorts, but this one is definitely our new favorite. It's just exceptional."

Everything was fine but service was not up to date mean u have to ask for everything.staff needs to learn hospitality.the ambience was just woww huge place and swiming pool was also there overall a good experience.

Very pathetic staff worst staff i have ever seen no manners at all whatever you request it will never be fulfilled without money And now they will put out fake reviews to maintain 4+ ratings

Everything was very good, the ambiance, the staff, specially the manager's behaviour and his entire management, everything was very good. I have no words to praise it.

Recently get a chance to stay in M Resort , Hotel is located at main highway. The Building is good & Huge space is available for organise all functions Rooms were clean & good. Room service and hospitality is excellent, swimming pool is also in property! Overall it was great time spend here . All Staff is varry professional. Varry most Resort manager Rohit Bhandardara ji habite is Varry good

If you go to the bathroom, it will seem that all the gutkha eaters of Bihar have come here and they don't pay any attention to cleanliness

Worst service and always asking for money If you have lot of money to waste come to this place
