The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre

Extremely disappointing stay at Grand Arc Hotel. Service was slow throughout, but the worst part was when a staff member stole our Rs 500 Club Sandwich on our departure day. When we complained, a manager named Ritesh admitted the theft after checking CCTV, promised a refund, but later spoke rudely to my parents, saying "Agar apko bhut zarurat hai to mai apni pocket se de deta hu." We spent Rs 35,000 at this hotel, and still faced such unprofessional behavior. No follow-up, no apology. Big hotel, zero hospitality. Would not recommend. Lastly, learn some basic manners and dont steal someone's hard earned money

We had dinner with family, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We found small stones in two of our dishes, which was unacceptable. While the staff was polite and well-mannered, they seemed untrained. The Chicken Biryani, in particular, tasted quite bad. Overall, I would rate the experience 3/10, and I hope the management takes steps to improve food quality and staff training.

Beware of thiefs here...whenever you stay in this hotel, plz take care of your valuables, as staff/waiter and housekeeping staff will take away your valuables. Reception persons are also part of it, they knows everything. Even your ordered food can be stolen and waitors will eat it out and add to your bill. We stayed in this hotel room no 316 for three nights and paid more than 35k but when checked out , some goods were stolen by the person whom we handed over goods for check-out. We called many times hotel staff/reception but they started threatining used false language. we are also posting our exp on insta , FB and making a full video of our horrible experance at this hotel....plz stay away from this hotel or stay at your own cost.

It was amazing experience at the grand arc hotel shahjahanpur. Excellent service. Delicious food. Thank to Ms Nikita and Mr. Vishal both are nice and well trained. We are visit with my family..... Thak you all team.........................

We visited Shahjahanpur Heartfulness Ashram which is 4kms from here. As we came from Bangalore the Hotel at this location was total surprise be it room,food,ambience,the outdoor..morning breakfast..All was good..place is very peaceful.

Mr Vishal is the best person and polite with members and staff and doing good work the food ambiance are amazing they provide service on time the taste omg is so good the chefs are good staff are friendly and have manner to words elders and came on time that's all I just love to visit over here and came again and again...

I visited Arc grand on 26 November. My attendant named Arjun was very modest and calm guy. His service was outstanding. Such kind of person should be promoted as they add extra support to hospitality of Hotel. Overall hotel and staff is outstanding. Experience was outstanding. Food was fantastic
