We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel KSR Grand. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Disappointing Experience!Unprofessional Staff Behavior I recently visited this hotel and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and rude. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome and ignored. When we tried to address a concern, the staff dismissed us rudely and showed no willingness to help. Their lack of basic courtesy and customer service skills was appalling. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where customer satisfaction should be a priority. The poor attitude of the staff overshadowed everything else, including the ambiance and food quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful dining or stay experience. Management needs to seriously train their employees on how to interact with customers.
