Hotel The Ebony

One of the best hotel in Saharanpur. This property is very neat and clean. Rooms are quite spacious. But hotel parking is a big issue. If you are coming by your own vehicle, it is very difficult to park your vehicle in a congested parking space. Hotel management should look into it.

It is the best hotel in saharanpur.. I booked this hotel for a family function.. i never thought that hotel ebony would be this good... It has spacious rooms, clean washrooms Also the staff is professional and well behaved... The food is good enough... the hotel os totally kids friendly and has a positive vibe... It is located at dehradun chowk, just opposite utsav palace banquet hall .. Not at all difficult to find the location..

Absolutely pathetic...... pathetic ataff... pathetic service, pathetic food... they have no idea how to run a so called hotel...yeh hotel nahin dharamshala hai.....whole night other guests disturb by playing loud tv and banging doors... inko idea he nahin hai ki service kaise kya hoti hai. Wasted money by staying here.

Very Outstanding services provided by hotel staff and management.. there is very neet & clean property in City.. i recommend to all who read my review request to you pls go there and stay with full of calm.. overall property and staff is very good and cooperative Next time jaab bhi aaunga to esme hotel m stay krunga .

We had a brilliant experience at Hotel The Ebony for my sister's wedding. The staff is impeccable and they went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Lovely decorator on site for all you events, and the best rooms you can find in Saharanpur. Even though they don't have a restaurant, the on site kitchen serves delicious food for every meal booked with them. After staying there for 3 nights, we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Every member of staff deserves a big applause for their commitment to great service!

Class is good but should improve in service. Hospitality is not up to the mark. Management should take care of this. Only the slight mistake in hospitality may make your guests upset. Food quality is good and for staying it is the best.

New but managed poorly 1. Bathroom stinks- empty odonil packet, exhaust in bath make so much loud noise that I stopped 2. Towel off white- 3. Unprofessional behaviour of Receptionist. He will hung phone while I was speaking. On call back he said it was by mistake coz there was another call in other phone. 4. It was told during check in there is dormitory for Driver but he was told to go away in midnight by his guys saying this is his bed. How are they managing this type of hotel. Not good for Business hotel. I will never come back to hotel

Its one of the best hotel in Saharanpur with good Amenities & Services and the best part is that, its centrally located with all the major markets nearby. For Service, Staff & cleanliness I will give 10/10 For Food I will give 6/10. They need to improve the food taste else everything is good.
