Hotel Clark International

The receptionist Pranjal is a liar. He will try to sell you the small room as super deluxe something.. He even asked my father to go and complain to the manager, because he wasn't scared of him . The food was good. The rooms are okay.

From the warm welcome upon arrival to the efficient check-in process, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. The concierge team was knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The level of personalized service at Clark Hotel is truly commendable and leaves a lasting impression.

This property is closed but a good option from connectivity point of view, I am sure it would be a good option for those who have been to this place earlier...!!!

Very bad experience. The place is totaly silent. The lift and toilet area is like a horror house. The rooms are not well maintained. The TV are of 70s.The structure of hotel is old. The service is not good. The lift comes in so much time and it also opens in so much time. The rate of menu is soo much high. It's only okay place.

Food and Rooms are just okay but location is great with all the facilities nearby and also a lot of greenery just on the opposite side of the road

It was overall a nice place. I dont think that the common washrooms were very well kept but just the fact that the hotel can get you a vintage feel in this modern era made me rate it four....

Services are pathetic and below standards.Staff responsible for room services is not trained well and there is either delay in service or no service at all despite repeated requests.Frequent disruption of electricity and unavailability of water at times cause huge discomfort.They neither maintain a complaint register nor speak to the customer for resolution of complaint.Overall,donot deserve three star rating for the property.

The rooms are terrible despite being priced quiet high for the small city where the hotel is located. The rooms had broken locks and door knobs, seepage in rooms, dismantled sink tops, leaking water into rooms, broken floors, and other unmentionable problems. The service was so poor that it took two hours for them to serve tea in room. The lift/elevator did not work for the three horrible days that we spent at the hotel. Avoid as much possible!
