Except the location, which is being encashed nothing is useful. Staff is not being trained. Very rude behaviour.. Rarely families stay there or there experiences with the corporate people have been so bad that misbehave with the family people also.. You have to ask for everything be it toiletries or tea coffee supplies or even a towel.. Food items are very expensive n quantity is less..not all food items are worth eating or even recommended. Just wish the staff could be trained properly n should be more polite in their behaviour and family rooms should be on the separate floor.. Breakfast is not included..and also had it been u don't have any options..u simply have to manage in how it has been cooked n served n whatever has been cooked n as served..not to mention tat it is called buffet..but it is not as u don't have options..

Very Poor service ever.. Stocks are too old... I was ordered chicken and there was smail in chicken... I asked multiple time for room sprey but it's came after 5 times of call FSSI should take action OLD chicken is serving to rooms .. no Food quality no service. Make my trip is charging extra commission so that they recommending it

Only decent hotel in Robertsganj with good service. Food is average though. Location is great and service is also great at an economical pricing. The rooms were average with very decent size.

The food used to be good but now I don't recommend it anymore. We went there and they served expired chilly sauce that caused food poisoning to everyone who ate.... You should rather eat at a eatery than going here unless you're not worried about your health. They will definitely kill you!!!!!

One of the best place to stay in Robersganj. I was travelling alone for a official work and the owner helped me a lot . Staff was very friendly. Even the manager came to pickup me from the station because I arrived there in late night hours. My overall experience was too good. Rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.

Clean rooms and well behaved staff.

They don't check the food items before they are served...they serve expire food item to me nd I suffered from food poisoning nd this can't be tolerated...now I'm not going to visit to ur restaurant as it is not safe in terms of foodit's better to have food on street not on this restaurant

I came here with lot of hopes after 20 years over here. thinking all the way coming to this place that many things might have changed in terms of cheating the customer but nothing changed.the receptionist cheated on me and was giving me Standard room while I paid for deluxe room.the service boy informed me about this when I asked him.so be aware of these cheaters before booking this hotel.
