Good quality and best service padmini hotel renukoot

Never Got clean Room and washroom when I check in mid night and Early morning Staff are unprofessional and behave very bad when ask something

Very spacious but an old school hotel.

Outlook is average but service is much better than other hotels.

The rooms are a little old but I have already stayed 3 times so my experience is good. I'd urge the owner to narrow down the room price since I feel it's a little high. The Padmini restaurant food prices are too high.

Dissapointing. If I can express my experience in one word. Very old and untidy room for the tarriff they charge. I know tip is courtesy and I support it conoletely ,but for the staff to simply harrass you for that is just unethical. Train your staff in hospitality!!

My recent stay at Padmini Renukoot was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the hotel's management was severely lacking. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and, frankly, unacceptable. What's worse, despite management's supposed concern for cleanliness, the staff's attitude suggested otherwise. There was a blatant disregard for ensuring the room was kept clean, and I was shocked to discover that the manager openly chewed tobacco, further compromising the hotel's hygiene standards and overall image. Not only did they fail to address my concerns promptly, but their attitude towards guests was dismissive and disrespectful. I urge potential guests to think twice before booking a stay at this establishment. There are serious issues with management and staff professionalism that need to be addressed and at the place of extra bed a thin mattress is provided at the ground to sleep with a charge of 600+gst Overall, my stay was marred by poor management and staff behavior, making it one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had!
