I had an exceptional experience at this hotel .the housekeeping persons are very freindly and caring room was excellent cleaning and bed decoration was very nice. I enjoyed my stay alot.the staff provided outstanding service ; the staff were very polite and attentive. Special mention to bheem paswan has done an outstanding work thankyou so much .

One of the best hotels in the entire district. The ambience is very good, there is enough parking space, Luxurious feels like a 4 star hotel . But according to the area it's expensive.

Food was good tried the Mushroom Stronganoff which was perfectly made.... The service of the hotel is also polite... Stay is good and comfortable as a good hotel stay must be... Con: The geyser was not dispensing hot water in my allotted room....

The ambiance is very good But the fact is we visited it for taste And the taste was worst ..the service was worst ....Price was nt worth for the food and service provided..it is approx 40 km from ballia ...when u go so far and don't find the ri8 food then it is worst expirence....this complain is nt online mine many other customers tooo....Plz do some changes in service and quality of food ...the taste was worst ....

Soya chaap 9/10 Chilli Paneer 8/10 Biryani 3/10 Ambience is great. Service is also very good. Prices are at par with any other good restaurants in Varanasi/ Lucknow region.
