Stay Inn Hotel

The location and the hotel is great from outside but the room maintenance is very poor. The bathroom smells like a public toilet and there is no ventilation. Also, there is no hot water in the bathroom. They have good restaurant and food quality is also good.

It's an extremely bad inn that projects false pictures on the apps..despite the fact that I called the hotel a week prior to my stay to be a comfortable and to get a clean room with two small children, I was ensured me to give a room as per my expectations and in pictures shown in the app. in reality the rooms and bathrooms were so dirty. The walls and mattresses were stained..The staff pretended to be friendly but not at all helpful. The standard of the staff and the hygiene of the kitchen was very low. I couldn't stay in the hotel looking at all the aspects and they immediately sold out the room while me standing next to the reception to the other guest without my prior permission or consent as I had prepaid for that night. Highly unprofessional! Agoda is a partner in crime. When I contacted them that didn't do anything and put the blame on the hotel. Both parties are fooling customers for the sake of their profits. Untrustworthy hotel and Agoda. Cheaters

My experience at Stay Inn Hotel in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised. The hotel presents misleading pictures online, and despite calling a week in advance to ensure a clean and comfortable room, my expectations were completely shattered. The room was filthy, with visible dust on the walls, fans, and air conditioner, and both the walls and mattresses were stained. The bathrooms were equally unclean, and the lack of proper heating facilities made the stay uncomfortable. The reception staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, pretending to be friendly but offering no real assistance. The hygiene standards throughout the hotel, especially in the kitchen, were shockingly low, and the drinking water provided was of poor quality and tasted bad. Some rooms even lacked telephone connections, adding to the inconvenience. On top of that, the restaurant's prices were unreasonably high for the subpar quality offered. To make matters worse, the room I had prepaid for was sold to another guest while I was standing at the reception, without my prior consent. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guests is unacceptable. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price they charge and is an experience I would not recommend to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at Stay Inn Hotel in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The reception staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. The room was not cleaned properly, with dust visible on the walls, fans, and air conditioner. There were no proper heater facilities, which made the stay uncomfortable. The drinking water provided was of poor quality and tasted bad. Additionally, the prices at the hotel's restaurant were unreasonably high. To top it off, there was no telephone connection in some rooms, which was very inconvenient. Overall, not worth the price they charge. Would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were good and okay. But a little small. Washrooms were good. Washrooms mats could have been cleaned. Very near and walkable to railway station. They have a restaurant too. Hosts were friendly.

Very small room. Comode sit broken and kept on floor. Telephone not working. No hangers in cup board. Bathroom mug dirty. No hot water. Only one towel provided for 2 persons. No drinking water glass available. Front desk attendant was rude. Early check in problem. After lot of request they agreed on payment of extra Rs. 800/-. Worst stay in my life..

Rooms are So small and feel Safocated No Ventilation at all Hot water was not comming in room after complaining second day got the hot water Staff is good and Punctual Food Quality is decent Location is good 5 Min walk from Railway station

I had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic. The food was a highlight, with a great variety of dishes available for breakfast and dinner, all fresh and flavorful. Service was attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
