Shree madhav hotel

We stayed at Shree Madhav Hotel during Kumbh Mela and had a disappointing experience. Initially, we booked a room 1 month prior for 3,500 per night for 3 people, but later saw a similar room given to another guest for 5,000 during our check-in. Later that day we requested an extension for 1 day, the manager assured us he would inform us about availability but later said no rooms were available. However, the next day evening, we saw him offering rooms to new guests for 6,000. This dishonest pricing and lack of transparency were unacceptable. While the rooms were good, there was no lift, and climbing six floors was exhausting. Not recommended for elderly people.
