We booked AC rooms but AC not working at all. We approached the hotel staff but they just checked but didn't resolved the issue. Bathroom and basin were also not clean. bathroom choked up every time we used. As we had paid in advance,, we complain the hotel manager our concern while checking out. But in reply we just got sorry reply from them. Needs too much improvement.

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked for an AC room and paid for it, but the AC was not working at all. The bathroom was dirty and the drain was blocked. We called room service three times, but no one came to fix the issues. Not worth the money we paid. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service.

Horrible horrible horrible service n place. It has nothing in it. All good reviews must have been paid n got. Rooms are unfinished . Used towels n pillows . Rooms not swiped or toilets not cleaned all are used. Bucket for shower is the paint boxes for baths. Pathetic services n when you go to complain then they only say u booked from Make my trip then talk to them. Staff attitise its disgusting . So much attitude so much attitude. We paid 25k for two nights. This place is not even worth 1500/- . Do not book this place until u personally don't see the condition of the hotel rooms. Minus marks -1 review.

It's clean and accessible but the staff seems less professional.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night. The location of the hotel is good. Room sizes are okay and spacious but the rooms are not professionally well maintained. Rooms were found dirty and not cleaned. Used condoms were found in the dustbin. Perhaps, this hotel is mostly used for some other purpose. Bathrooms are not so good. Yes, we didn't face any problem with the availability of hot water.The pillows and blankets had foul smell. After being reported the owner tried to take action. Car parking facilities are okay. Overall, this accommodation is not suggested for any decent family..

Please have a look at the photos attached and save yourself from such horrible stay. They charge Rs.1200 for 0 services where the room is not worth 100rps. TV attached but not working. Such dirty AC and that too not working. Yellow water coming in tap for bathing. Toilet seat broken. Geyser not attached in bathroom even in winters. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

If I could give negative feedback then I would! Unfortunately! This room is definitely not for normal decent family... this is only for couples who wants to have fun! If u book in Ola they will say full and they will give u the worst room so that we will cancel it. So that they can give it to couples or for some other business. All the best for the people who read these reviews and still went ahead for booking
