Landmark Inn

Only positive side for this home stay is location, which is just opposite Exit 9 from Paryagraj junction. You will get auto, rickshaw, bikes just from outside road. Rooms are not maintained properly. Water tabs are loose, beds sheets were even torn and burnt but i must say, towels, bedsheets and pillow covers were clean so it was a relief. Prices are high everywhere due to kumbh but zero facility as per prices charged. No one is available for cleaning post evening time, no hand wash, towels, dental kit, paper roll was provided. Got towels only after the request. No wiper in the bathroom. Only one staff to attend all the guests. Giving 1 extra star because of the location and behaviour of the staff and owner as it was good and helpful but they are not bothered about the amenities.Big disappointment on that part.

I stayed at Landmark Inn, Prayagraj, during Kumbh Mela and had a great experience. Despite the massive crowd of millions, the hotel maintained clean rooms and provided excellent service. The owner and staff were well-behaved and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The hotel was on the expensive side due to the high demand, but the quality of service justified the cost. With its cleanliness, good hospitality, and reliable service, Landmark Inn is a great choice for anyone visiting during such a busy time.

Genuinely most pleasant property for stay in prayagraj. 1.Prime location. 2.Helpful staff,Owner. 3.Homely environment. 4.All-round services provided.

They took Rs 9000 on advance during Kumbh and I cancelled due to ailment Also their staff confirmed on WAchat that it would be refunded. But they cancelled and never refunded despite follow up. Even Airline refunded it. Bad experience.

Stayed there for few hours. Yet comfort level was not up to the mark. Price was high compared to room they provided. Power supply would go off often. Hence had to switch on AC multiple times . If yet you are not disturbed backup generator will surely disturb your sleep. Dormitories are better than this. Although staff was good and rooms were clean. Would recommend you to ask any e-rickshaw driver for better hotels.

The hotel is a total fraud....i booked it for 24th january 2025....through the official site shown by google.....rs 3474.00 debited frm my ac....i send them upi id...all tranasactinal details....but they blatently denied having the money.....and denied my booking.....plz be aware of this property if u dont want to be cheated....

Great stay. Clean rooms. Nice common area. Helpful personnel.

Centre of the city, can go by rapido at late nights too.. rooms are clean and service is good
