Kumbh Camp

I was very excited to attend Prayagraj. Found Camp Om, but were very disappointed. I had friends join because it was tough to find a place during kumbh 2025. My friends also booked and I now feel terrible that the place was less than comfortable. The tents were cold and there was no water for the first night. They were not set up for many things. It was like learning to do business on the go. Left early and disturbed. Asked for refund and was refused. I wish I knew all the unexpected and hidden flaws in this business.

It was once in a lifetime experience. We decided to experience tent life that to in the sands of the holy river Ganges. Specially built Ganga Ghat was just behind the camp location. Ganga snan was an out of the world experience for all of us. We felt mental peace as well as satisfaction after snan. It is an imaginable that we are part of crowd of few million around us. There was no confusion no stampede and people were behaving themselves. No caste difference was seen at all in any part of the MahaKumbh Mela. When we visited already more than 500 millions have taken snan in Ganges. This has proven that the Sanatan Sanskriti and Dharma is very tolerant there is no cast difference among community. People from all stata were mixing up as if they are old friends. It was really a mind boggling experience.

Amazing experience,they had put up cottages in ardh kumbh also, and had amazing hospitality,safety and location. Couldn't have asked more on hygiene too... Too good ,have already booked with them again for 20th January to 23rd January, with family. Looking forward to the mega event this year too !

Useless waste of money. Leave any guidance wrong guidance is given. Service is hopeless. Just take money extravagant money and do not even provide food. Charges taken at counter are very high and leave the customer in the rush without any support. No help from the reception desk infact they don't know what is their in the camp. Croud of juniors doing nothing as no management available. E rickshaw kept for show. Out of 2 days we have already been not given two lunches. We had to guide and call office ten times for the pickup from varanasi. And address which location was given wrong.

It was a very bad experience. They charged 6000 per room, but there were no windows, no soap, or any other amenities. The rooms didn't even have a fan, making it very difficult to stay during the daytime.. Due to the absence of an exhaust fan, the room was filled with a foul smell even when the door was closed." It was not worth the money.Not recommending.

Gave personal attention to every guest like us regarding check in, food & safety and guidance are their priority, we felt really good here.. came with family.....

Corporate booking we did, all our company employees were so thankful to us for getting the booking at such a nicely located nice people of this kumbhcamp...no chaos.. thanks to them
