I am Travels agent from Ahmedabad - Gujarat. My Guset is stay in Hotel Yaspadam Continental Prayagraj.Big Thanks Aniruddha Srivastava GM Sir. As per your commitment your hotels service ,Room,food is Amazing.i am hardly recommended this hotel. My Guset is Very very Happy. Thanks Again Sir

We had to stay in Prayagraj one night, as we had a change in our travel plan. We booked this hotel in a hurry. Location and ambience are decent. Though the rooms are clean, too many mosquitos! The bathrooms need maintenance. Just OK for one night max! We had to have dinner at the hotel. The food was good, HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! They could give us two water bottles for over 30 min and we were the only guests in the restaurant! When we asked why the delay, they waiter just replied, "IT TAKES TIME"! If you have to stay here, do not eat at the restaurant!

Ordered food from Zomato!! I received only half of the order!! Poor packaging and securing with tapes and no invoice! On reporting Pathetic Casual behaviour of lady who picked up the call once!! Zomato helped in refund but restaurant behaviour simply worst! When tried calling back no response!! Won't recommend anyone!!

Hotel YashPadam Continental, Civil Lines, Prayagraj *Disappointing Stay at Yashpadam Continental* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Yashpadam Continental in Civil Lines, Prayagraj, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. *Poor Food Quality* The food served was subpar, to say the least. I was expecting a decent meal, but what I got was a culinary disaster. *Rude Staff* The waiter's attitude was appalling. It's clear they need training on basic customer service skills. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy. *Misleading Information* We paid extra for Food So we claimed that in our stay Breakfast, Lunch or dinner is included... But the front office staff is staying that the food will be chargeable... This was not only frustrating but also felt like a blatant attempt to fleece us. *Incorrect Google Location* The hotel's Google location is incorrect, which made it difficult for us to find the place. This is a basic issue that can easily be resolved. *Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience* The rooms were tiny, especially considering the exorbitant price tag of 20,000. The overall experience was underwhelming, to say the least. *Avoid This Hotel* Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against staying at Yashpadam Continental. The poor food quality, rude staff, and misleading information make it a hotel to avoid. Rating: 1/5 stars

It was just a terrible stay because of following reasons:- A. Room and washroom hygiene was much below than expectations. B. Breakfast was just very poor as only two deep fried dishes were served. C. There was no sitting space at the time of breakfast. D. It was not at all expected from MMT that we will get such a pathetic treatment we will get even though Mahakumbh is over...

Big NO. Very expensive, we booked in advance, they told they have parking facility, we arrived at night... parked our vehicle where they told and in morning at 9am our vehicle was surrounded by hundreds of bikes and cars...they don't even care how we are going to take out ours. After raising the complain ...they were like it's not there responsibility....we waited for the whole day and in the evening when people took out there vehicle then only we were able to move out . Worst experience...not recommended at all.

I would like to share my recent experience at a three-star hotel that fell significantly short of expectations. As a traveler, I have come to anticipate a certain level of service, particularly when it comes to essential amenities. During my stay, I encountered a situation that left me quite dissatisfied. I needed a multi-plug adapter for my UAE phone charger, which I assumed would be a standard request at any hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff informed me that they did not have one available and dismissed my inquiry without further assistance. This lack of support was disappointing, particularly from an establishment that claims a three-star rating. Additionally, I observed the reception staff engaging in unprofessional behavior. One staff member was chewing tobacco while attending to guests. As I was recording my details in the register, tobacco unexpectedly fell onto the same page. Disturbingly, there was no acknowledgment or apology for this oversight. No wifi also. These experiences have led me to question the hotel's classification and overall standards. Service quality is paramount in the hospitality industry, and I hope management takes these observations to heart in order to improve the experience for future guests.

**TOTAL SCAM - A NIGHTMARE STAY!** This hotel is an absolute fraud! **Nothing** is as advertised. The rooms are dirty, the service is terrible, and the staff couldn't care less about guests. The moment I checked in, I knew I had made a mistake. The bed was stained, the bathroom smelled horrible, and the whole place felt like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The so-called "amenities" are a joke--**Wi-Fi doesn't work, hot water is nonexistent. On top of that, they charged me extra for things that were supposed to be included. When I complained, they just ignored me. This place is nothing but a scam, designed to take your money while providing the worst experience possible. **DO NOT STAY HERE!** Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else.
