Very disappointing experience. The first room had leaking taps and damaged plumbing, and I had to request a room change at 1 AM, which was extremely inconvenient. The second room wasn't much better -- the door lock had issues, and the phone didn't work, so there was no way to contact reception. On top of that, the condition of the rooms does not justify the price charged. The actual quality of the rooms is not worth even 1000 per night. The hotel is definitely overrated and does not live up to its ratings. Would not recommend at all.

No prompt supply of hotwater...rooms are not spacious....kettle and tea/coffee satchet....supplied only on repeated requests...only one toilet soap for two guests for two days... staff are good, courteous .no proportionate services for the tariff charged....will not prefer for future stay...

"Terrible Experience at Hotel Pride - No Pride in Service" Our stay at Hotel Pride on 23rd December 2024 was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Lack of Basic Amenities: No bathroom slippers or hot water pot in the room. No bathroom kit provided, which is expected in even basic hotels, let alone one charging premium prices. No Hot Water: Despite the cold December weather, there was no hot water available in the evening. The staff claimed the centralized heating system would work in the morning, but it didn't. No one answered our calls for assistance, leaving us unable to bathe. This is unacceptable, especially when temperatures are so low. Impact on Plans: Due to these issues, we wasted time trying to resolve them, which delayed our departure. Time is invaluable, especially when traveling for holidays or important purposes. This level of inefficiency is unforgivable. Overpriced and Poor Service: For the high price, the service was shockingly poor. The hotel doesn't justify its name--Pride has no pride in customer satisfaction. Avoid this hotel if you value your money, time, and comfort. A disappointing experience I would not recommend to anyone.

I stayed in hotel pride inn for 1 day but room and services not good according room charges. Hotel location is good but over pricing room charges from other hotels in praygraj.

Worst hotel in Prayagraj , no service, food is pathetic, owner is rude.|I stayed for 4 days and each day was a struggle. Parking issues. Hotel staff is good but not service.|Everyone should avoid staying in pride inn, also it was expensive due to kumbh.

Located in prime area. Rooms are good but the facilities are bad but rate is on the higher side. No hot water after 10 a.m. even in the winters. Service is very poor. Complementary breakfast is good.

From July 16, 2024, to July 21, 2024, I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip to Prayagraj. I spent 6 days in this city and had a very good experience overall. However, there are a few points to note: the city is extremely hot, and the food is very expensive. The rooms in this hotel were very good, clean, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and breakfast was also provided for free.
