I was not sure about online booking but my friend suggested I book my stay via yatradham.org and I got the best deal for my stay. here is my personal experience with Yatradham. I had a great stay thanks to the warm and helpful staff, large rooms, and clean bathrooms. The food was really tasty and completely vegetarian. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is very close and within walking distance, which was convenient. The only issue was the location if you're traveling by car, as you can't bring your car there. There's also no parking available nearby. But overall, it was a comfortable stay with some small challenges

Receptionist is a sales person who only pitch high price then comes down. You have to negotiate. The rooms were so small and in Bathroom you can SUFFOCATE, as there is no ventilation. Exaust fans are only for showing, they are not Even working. If you get these rooms in 1500 with GST then only it can be taken. On asking plates, they gave a plate without washing. Disgusting.

On 19/02/25, booked 2 rooms thru Agoda for 24-25 Feb 25 vide Booking Voucher No. 4711037226. Spoke to Hotel on same day and they confirmed the booking. Today when called them to reconfirm, Hotel people simply refused the booking and when tried to explain, very rudely told that Agoda & other sites are bogus and u speak to them. To earn more money, Hotel simply refused. This is pathetic, unethical & immoral.

It is an average hotel. Not so professional and not so clean. You have to be patient with staff and ready for follow-ups to get things done. Its on the street, no view around from the room. No parking space. Vehicle can drop you and leave, can not wait in front. Food is ok.

Highly over-priced, dirty and pathetic hotel. They first booked the hotel then cancelled it demanding more money, they then shifted to other pathetic hotel and di not give me complimentary breakfast which they promised. Rude people loot your money here. Never visit this hotel.

Don't book dis hotel as when people are not in their room the take out money and other accessories people belonging And when people complain about it they starts and argument and didn't show the cctv footage to the customer

1. The location is near Rambagh Train Station. So it provides a easy mean of commute. You can travel by foot to the station. 2. There is a park albeit small one, just in front of the hotel, so you can have a leisure walk there in the evening. 3. The staff is extremely responsive, and delivers quick action without needing to intervene. The attendants are all polite and extremely helpful. 4. The room decent. It is neither too small not too spacious. A decent price. But the amenities are not provided in the bathroom and you have to ask the staff. Nonetheless they provided it readily. 5. One big advantage is that there is a restraunt inside the hotel which provides decent food, so you don't have to go hunting for food.

Booked this hotel for engagement function, food is good but service is pathetic. The staff will not do anything unless, you follow-up again and again. One reason may be they have less staff members. They do not have any proper sofa for functions like engagement or wedding, they use the same sofa kept in reception with a broken leg. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Would recommend this hotel for stay but not for functions as they do not have sufficient staff, the manager used to say this always-"We don't have staff"
