I recently had the pleasure of staying NEW SHANTI HOTEL, and I must say it was an amazing experience! The hotel's facilities were top-notch, but what truly stood out was the exceptional food and service. Compared to other hotels in Prayagraj, surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend NEW SHANTI HOTEL to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Keep up the fantastic work! Rating: 5/5

Do not believe the photos. Disgusting and filthy hotel. Terrible location. Noisy. The rooms are small and cramped, linen was very dirty, Horrible bathrooms. The cockroaches were seen moving around. Dirty floors and furniture, TV was not working. The street vendors sell vegetables, fish and other stuff right at the hotel entrance. The traffic moves all night. Very busy and noisy location. Full of dust and pests. The owner is very rude and only wants more money. Beware of the extra charges. The street dogs were barking all night and I checked out without completing my stay.

I recently tried booking a hotel for my parents' Maha Kumbh visit in February but accidentally selected January while making the reservation. Upon receiving the payment acknowledgment, I immediately realized my mistake and contacted the hotel's customer service. However, they outright refused to reschedule or modify the booking, citing it as a non-cancellable reservation. While I understand the non-cancellation policy, this was an honest mistake, and I reached out to them just a few minutes after the booking--not days or even hours later. Rescheduling at that point would have been a simple and reasonable request, but instead, they chose to stick rigidly to their policy, prioritizing profit over customer care. I ended up losing 10,000 for this error, which could have been easily resolved with a bit of flexibility. It's disappointing to see such low standards of customer service, and I'll certainly avoid this hotel chain in the future.

Not a memorable experience. I asked for a knife to cut fruits for my fasting wife. It took over half an hour to get the same, after several reminders. TV was not working. Maintenance staff could not repair even after trying for over 45 minutes.

Complimentarty breakfast provided after so much query and denial as if we very begging for it. Very ridiculous services
