Comfort Inn Prayagraj

Me and my son came from the United States to attend The Maha Kumb and stayed in this hotel from 02/11/2025 to 02/14/2025. This hotel is far from boat club and the kumb mela area but the rooms are clean and brand new. The morning staff is excellent and professional but the night staff is not very accommodative though the owners Neeraj ji and Komal ji are welcoming and accommodative to the needs of the guests. Shoaib from morning staff helped by withdrawing funds from the nearest ATM when ever we had a need and he helped us book a cab which helped us reach safely to Ayodhya. Most of their staff is still new and they might need more training on customer service and the management can work on training their night staff so female travelers like me travelling with minors will feel welcomed and safe. When their owner is not around we found their staff chitchatting and not helping us with basic requests like getting us a glass of warm water which felt quite disappointing which i have let Mr. Neeraj ji know.

Had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn Prayagraj! Clean rooms, great food, and super friendly staff who made me feel right at home.Luxury at its Best. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff was super courteous and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a premium stay. Special thanks to the property owner Mr. Himanshu have a great friendly behaviour and nice person and great helpful to the guest.

Dear all. This is 100 %, fraud. This is not hotel. This is banquet only. They are cheating guests in name of hotel. We are trying to lodge FIR with administration.O food, no service. Waiting for dinner at 11Pm.. Can UP Govt help us?

My 2 Daughter's stayed at comfort inn during kumbh mela we were over charged plus they have scamed my refund of PS280 Spoken to the owner Himanshu Kesarwani many times to refund my money back he promised each time l call yet no sign of my money . Am letting everyone know that just be careful booking your holidays through MakeMytrip also .

This is not a hotel its a scam. I paid Rs. 40000 for single night and this place is for the people who want to use rooms on hourly basis. AC is not working in entire property and they charged me this much for single night stay. I stayed with my family and it was a nightmare. Rooms very dirty. Rooms are not what is shown in the pictures. Staff pathetic. I would like to give -10 stars and they are nothing but a cheaters. Even Make my trip has not checked anything before getting it listed on their website. WORST GUEST HOUSE OF THE UNIVERSE.

I attended a birthday party here, newly opened hotel, very clean, beautiful and attractive ambience. Only problem was food service, when asked for soup then it was finished and it took them 20-25 minutes after reminder to get it filled, same problem with food service. Roti was finished while everyone was waiting for it, again it took them 20-25 minutes and reminder to refill it even after their attended were there at every food counter.

Great hotel with top notch services and delicious food! Shoaib and his team helped us in every way to make our stay comfortable! Highly recommended!
