IMPORTANT!!! Please be aware of the fake reviews. I recently booked a room at this hotel, and it was a complete disaster. The room was filthy--there were stains on the bedding, dust all over the furniture, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Ac was there but not working. The photos online were totally misleading, showing a much cleaner and more spacious room than what I received. I felt completely deceived. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Overall, it was a huge disappointment, and I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere! Take care.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel Fortune Suites impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

A truly exceptional 5-star experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to cater to our every need, the rooms were impeccably clean and luxurious with high-end amenities, and the dining options were simply superb with a diverse menu and beautifully presented dishes. We felt completely pampered and will definitely be returning for another unforgettable stay

Our stay at this hotel, was incredibly disappointing. The room was noticeably dirty, with stained linens and a bathroom that seemed poorly cleaned. The staff were unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns about the malfunctioning air conditioning, which left us sweating through the night. The location was also inconvenient, far from any major attractions and with limited dining options nearby. Overall, a terrible experience and we would strongly advise against staying here Request to all please not stay in this hotels all good rating are maybe fake. See the reality! In attached picture

In one line if I want to say anything then I can say "It's Better to sleep on road instead of this Hotel".

Disappointing and Misleading Experience I booked this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but it was far from that. The room was filthy--dirty floors, stained sheets, and an overall unkempt appearance. To make matters worse, the pictures shown online were completely misleading and clearly from a different hotel. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. The staff didn't seem too concerned when I raised my complaints, and no effort was made to rectify the situation. If you're considering staying here, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Definitely not worth the money!

Poor quality room. I have booked deluxe room. But no facility extended for the family members. Actually no deluxe room available with the hotel fortune suits. Charge is extremely high. Food quality also very high. Quality of food also poor but charge more. Extra bed charged but no facility extended. Very bitter experience felt in the hotel fortune suits. No soap, no towel provided. Deluxe room room in the name only. Bathroom is detached from the room. Completely unhygienic room.

The Hotel Fortune Suites Naini Prayagraj has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay!
