Jaiswal Family knows Dudhwa forest range better than anyone. ||Pilibhit and Kishanpur are good for just tiger sighting.||Dudhwa forest is wonderful and just loved it. Tiger sighting here is bit tricky, overall forest is just amazing . ||USP |1 ) Food @ Jaiswaljis place is best part of trip|2) Very close to forest , just out of hotel and your safari starts.|3) Owner knows forest very well, so he drives our safari jeep, its Jaiswals third generation in Dudhwa safari |4) Nepal border is hardly 30 min drive, added bonus of international tour |5) Tiger, Elephant and Rhino in one place|6) Planty of unique birds around.

We booked 2 safaris in jeeps - 1 afternoon and 1 evening. Our safari 1 was a full jeep with 6 people for Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary. We travelled to Kishanpur from Lucknow. Quite a way to reach the entrance but rewarded with a tiger named KANHA soon after arrival. What an experience.. I absolutely was mesmerized. Also, we spotted different species of deer. Peanhen, crocodiles etc. Weather was welcoming but chilly while returning. Safari 2 was for Dudhwa Tiger Reserve. Area wise it is bigger than Kishanpur. It's way too scattered and we didn't see any tiger there however a python welcomed us just at the entrance. The guides Ramniwas & Imran were knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience. It was an adventurous and memorable trip. Mr. Amitosh, the owner of Tigerhino Resort is jovial person and supported us throughout our journey.

We stayed for 1 day at this place . Although they call it s resort of is no better than a Lodge and that too an expensive one. You could easily find similar lodgings in Palia Kalan at far lesser cost. The TV in the room does not work and they blame it on the monkeys. The resort next to their place had no such issue and their TV worked pretty fine. The bathroom has no hot water supply at all. They say it is attached to the toilet in the next room but even after keeping the two open for ages no hot water ever came out of the taps. Advisory Stay here only if you are out of options and do not mind spending a large sun for non existent services.

Fantastic place to stay. Amitosh, the host, was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food is fantastic and plentiful. Hot showers and large rooms. Closest hotel to reserve. Thank you to all at Tigerhino, we have had a wonderful adventure.

Treated like family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a stones throw away from dudhwa national park so it's a fantastic location for safaris. Hot shower, big rooms, coffee/tea making facilities and monkeys on the roof to throw stuff at you

The big advantage is the resorts vicinity to Dudhwa tiger reserve's main gate. Probably it's the last staying place before the jungle starts. The second big attraction is Mr Amitosh Jaiswal, himself is a tiger tracker, naturalist. Nice ok

Firstly don't be fooled by the name, this is not a resort but a budget lodge but the prices are not budget. There are plenty of options at near about the same price point which are far better. Conclusion: Please Avoid

It was a great time staying at Tigerrhino resort , the stay was great and the staffs are really good. Specially Amitosh ji he has been wonderful and really nice we saw Tigers with him on Jungle safari in Dudhwa Tiger Reserve . Allover Grt experience
