This is a fraud hotel. I had booked this hotel as non-refundable booking from Agoda. When I arrived at the reception on the day of the stay, I was told that the hotel is not functional and that I should call Agoda and get the refund. I left, took another hotel and then called Agoda to get the refund. Agoda reached out to the hotel to confirm with them and the hotel told Agoda that they didn't deny checkin to customer. Agoda asked me to go back to this hotel. I called the hotel reception and these guys told, Agoda didn't call them but also said I can come back and they will give me a room. Eventually, I came to know that this hotel staff was lying all the way. They gave me a very substandard room and I had to accept as it was a non-refundable booking. And I also wasted close to Rs. 1000 on other hotel and transport charges. This amount was never compensated wither by the hotel or by agoda. Pathetic experience!

Filthy place, booked last minute due to flight delays through oyo app because of large room sizes, no doubt room was big in size and was big on filth. STAY AWAY

Booked through Feb , worst ever experience in the life, staff at reception is not concerned about Booking, cleanliness of corridors rooms washrooms very poor, no proper lighting in room, intercom services dead, TV not working, restaurant not working. No washroom slippers, soap and towel supplied. Thanks God ac was working. I don't know why OYO ,Fab and likewise prefer to book these type of properties. I never reccomend the Property to stay.

I booked the place on call as my exam is there. But upon reaching there the receptionist was RUDE and said that they don't know anything about any booking. And no room is vacant. She don't even know how to talk, I was speaking with utmost respect but she didn't care about the problem they caused me and was continuously talking on the phone.

I visited that hotel but the staff behaviour is good but when i was asked that the TV was working so he said no and the ac also not working and the toilet is clean but there is no soap or towel or lock also broken. Overall experience is very unsatisfactory and charges are also very high.

Worst. Bhai proof k sath bta Raha hu. They don't have any respect for anyone's time. I booked the room on call, and even texted them for confirmation twice, and they said ki "aap sidha aa jana. Tension mat lo." And when I reached there by travelling 300+ kms for my exam, it took me 15 min to search for the exact location since they didn't had any sign/board for there hotel. And after reaching at the reception a girl was sitting there talking on phone and when I asked her about the room se said ki " jis se baat ki thi aapne unko bolo". And again went back to her call. Atleast have some respect ki aapki taraf se galti hui h to sidhe muh to baat kare. I even told her ki aapke hotel ka ho no. hai par she didn't even listened. And THE PLACE WAS STINKING BAD. I even called the hotel no. also but they didn't even picked the call. When I called later to ask about the person who said the day before ki "ho jayega" then, the same girl picked and when I said ki "manager se baat karo apni, she told ki wo hi manager hai". This is my 1st time when I came to Delhi for a exam and now I know why people from other places don't like Delhi.

They Denied check in from OYO and if you prepaid the booking from Oyo they ask for extra money. You dont want to face that awkward encounter with your partner
