Amazing stay. No complaints. The staff is extremely helpful and the service is very quick. They take care of the quality and hygiene a lot. Stayed here almost an year back and had a better experience. overall the hotel was decent but I had more expectations due to my last stay. 1. food is good. very adjustable for kid. 2. location is good. 3. most of the staff very polite. cons - 1. breakfast spread was better earlier. the options were more. bakery items felt a little stale. but overall food was tasty including the ones ordered in the room. first day breakfast service was slow even with not too many customers. kept waiting for my tea/omelet etc. had to remind for water etc. waiting for someone to notice and give order. 2. had an unending argument on entering, apparently Agoda gave a deal on breakfast which did not show up on invoice. i just said i am informing you to check - its fine whatever it is now. but someone on reception did not want to end the conversation. kept justifying 3. why combine smoking area and the swimming pool? it just create uneasiness for families with kids and non-smokers. give them some separate space.

Brilliant housekeeping and even better buffet breakfast. Highly recommended. Will visit again surely. The sheets were nice and the guest housekeeping services were good. Had a good night sleep. Located right next metro it helps with easy connectivity across ncr.

We stayed for 10 days and had an overall positive experience. Our hotel service was great but the room had a persistent mildew odor throughout our stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating as was the concierge. It is well located with a variety of good food options close by. Would certainly stay again.

I stayed with my wife here. The stay here was very excellent. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very supportive.The restaurant was very clean and hygienic. The breakfast was included in our package and it was so delicious.I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed at Mosiac for day and have a decent expirence with them. Good points- *Location is easily the biggest plus,as it is very close to DLF mall of India,Gardens Galleria, Aata market, etc,with good connectivity all around for noida and very near to metro station as well. *Food preperation for in Room dinning is superb, and they take 10-15 mins on avg which is a decent time,although very pricey. *I stayed in Club room with Bathtub,and was packed with ammenties,very comfortable,neat and tidy,and decent wifi as well,along with a mini bar fridge,which has two options of either having room temperature or cold bevrages in the fridge which was nice attention to detail. Not so good but neither bad points- *I directly tried to book with them and it took them a lot of time to confirm prices and confirm availability as i was being passed around multiple lines and wasn't given a clear answer, and more so was told that its better if i should just directly come in and book on the spot, which worked fine but in case of me getting late and someone else taking the booking instead would've caused inconvience, it would've been better if the booking were to be confirmed on call only. *Prices-Location aside,the prices are somewhat on the higher side overall from in room dinning to room charges,as good as the hotel and services are, the prices do tend to fell over charged as even hotels like Raddison or Marriott would charge the similar amount and would provide overall better service and room expirence, so the value for money segment does get let down a bit, there is 20% margin easily to be cutted down which make a drastic impact on overall expirence. *Minor point but four wheeler parking lacks space. Overall i had enjoyed my stay,the food was good,the location is excellent and property itself is decent,just need to improve on prices a bit,to improve overall value for money factor and overall rating to 5/5.
