Hotel Noida International

Third class hotel i have ever seen in my life. Very very dirty rooms.....dust on ground...they came to clean after my complaint but .....they used dirty clothes to clean.. .blanket were so dirty and stinking...towel was dirty... I stayed for 1 night. I had come with family and all were angry with me.....basic require ment cleanliness is not there and food also we ordered was poor quality.. bathroom was stinky and not maintain at all

I am a frequent guest here whenever I visited noida due to my office work .hotel is awesome at a reasonable price.the location is also at the main road with all connectivity.the staff is cooperative and takes good care of u. Rooms are also near and clean with all amenities.

Disappointing Decline - Used to Be Great, Now It's Terrible! I've stayed at this hotel three times over the past months, and unfortunately, my last two experiences were incredibly disappointing. The first time I visited, the service and overall quality were great, but it seems like they've completely changed their staff--and it's had a huge negative impact. The new staff is extremely rude and completely unprofessional when dealing with guests. Instead of the warm, welcoming service I used to receive, now it feels like they don't care at all. They don't handle concerns properly, and simple requests are met with dismissive or harsh responses. The rooms have also taken a turn for the worse. On my last visit, the room wasn't even properly cleaned, and the bathroom utensils were barely functional. Leaky faucets, malfunctioning showerheads--just a mess. For the price they charge, you'd expect much better. To make things worse, the breakfast is now hugely overpriced and not worth it at all. The quality has gone down significantly, and I've found better options at nearby cafes for half the price Even they charge 35 Rupee for water bottle. It's sad to see how much this hotel has declined. What was once a great place to stay has now become a place I can't recommend. I'm really disappointed, and I won't be coming back.

"Do not* even think about booking this hotel for any function, especially an engagement. It's an absolute disaster. The so-called management is a joke, and the manager? Rude, arrogant, and completely clueless. They have no idea how to handle events, and their behavior is downright unacceptable. This place is nothing short of a scam. They'll ruin your big day with their incompetence--poor food service, zero support, total mismanagement, unhygienic toilets, and ridiculous demands for full payment *before* the event even starts. If you don't pay, they'll refuse to serve starters, holding your event hostage. On top of that, they demand higher plate charges than what's advertised on their website, and the decorations were subpar despite charging extra. To make matters worse, when they messed up, they didn't even bother to compensate for their mistakes. The owner seriously needs to look into the behavior of their staff because this kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and humiliation. Book this hotel only if you're okay with your special day turning into a nightmare." Even I don't want to rate this hotel as one star

That was the worst experience I've ever had. I attended a party on 1 may 2025 and the service was subpar. I've never been to a hotel with such poor service in my life.

Just After 5 minutes we checked in receptionist gave us the key and told us that your room is ready we went to find our room so firstly there was no room available and those who were available they were not clean and then after waiting for 20 minutes we got a room, there was dust and hair all over the bed and the condition of the washroom was also bad. #worst experience #worst service #worsthotel If you are planning to go for 1 day also then also please don't consider this hotel

Pathetic hotel ,better to sleep on road then this, very arrogant staff, no behaviour to talk, cocroaches on bed..

Worst stay ever , they are charging 33 Rs for water bottle which is actually costs 20 RS ,no towel ,kit and no shower in washroom and room rate is 1200+ for such pathetic hotel,better book a townhouse (Oyo ) on this rate . Atleast they don't charge such nonsense rates and provide better service.
