Excellent customer Care. Very good behavior of all the staff. Food is good. They provide hot meals as per time mentioned. Rooms are clean and cozy. Recommend this hotel for a cozy and comfortable stay.

"Great Stay at Hotel Fortune Home, Noida Sector 135" I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Fortune Home. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment after a long day. The attention to cleanliness really stood out. The staff were exceptional--humble, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Noida. The combination of a comfortable room and excellent service makes it a fantastic choice.

I had booked 24 rooms and made a security deposit of 25000/- as per there agreement language which said if any damage to things will be adjusted in my security deposit. After the check out process they showed us ZERO hospitality manners a person claims to be the owner(MD) of the hotel got into heated arguments with us for the 4 towels they said my guest made them DIRTY and were forcing on us to deduct 3200/- INR for the same. I have been to many hotels non of them has charged a penny for towels if even they get dirty they were totally trying to grab extra penny from us by making false statement. I would never recommend this hotel to any one.

To be honest, today is my first day here. And I felt very good after coming here. Today I have come with some friends, I slept very comfortably here. The room and service here were quite good. The people here talk very lovingly and listen to you. The morning breakfast was quite good, whatever you ask for will be prepared and served. Today we had Poha, Curd, Omelette, Tea, Bread for breakfast. The rooms here were very clean, me and my friends liked them very much. If you are new to this area, then you should definitely come here. It is a very safe place. Rest you come here and see and tell your opinion what kind of place it is.
