The rooms and interior is good since it's a new construction. They have pathetic service specially for banquet.We had a function there and the snacks platest were literally soiled. Not even a single plate was cleaned. The person on the reception was so arrogant that he was not ready to co-operate for anything. We got late in submitting the keys of the room so he charged ua for 1 day extra even though we had booking of rooms for consecutive weeks. The person on reception was very rude and even charges extra for breakfast for 1 person. I will not suggest this hotel without considering all these factors. Our family' experience was not good.

Food at the restaurant kasauti was awesome along with the services and polite staff. Live music there also added to the great experience.

Worst experience ever. They are not even worth 1 star. They completely ruined my engagement function. They didn't have a power backup, yet they call themselves a 4-star hotel. During a 5-hour event in extremely hot weather, their power cut out at least 70-80 times, and the AC didn't work for even a single minute. They did nothing to address the situation. We requested table fans, but they only provided two, and even those were not working. The manager's behavior was the worst; they didn't even offer compensation for their huge mistake. The power cut out during the most important moments. Please think many times before booking this venue for any event; they will ruin your day.
An absolute no brainer of a hotel. THE BEST in muzzafarnagar. great room, great service and a lovely staff. highly recommended for families.
