Overall Experience*: 2/5 We recently visited Rurban Resort for a night stay, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Despite paying 11,000 for a villa, the room fell short of our expectations. *Issues Faced:* - *Food*: The quality was average, and options were limited. - *Services*: The service was slow, and activities were restricted. We were told there were 50 activities, but only a few were operational, and bungee jumping was closed. - *Room Hygiene*: The villa room had significant hygiene issues. The mattress was dirty, and we found lizard droppings on it. - *Towel Handling*: The room service staff placed used towels on plants to dry, raising concerns about towel washing and sanitation procedures. We doubt whether the towels were properly washed or not. - *Laundry Facilities*: There were no laundry bags provided, which would have been helpful for collecting dirty clothes. - *Bathroom Amenities*: No bathroom slippers were provided, which is a basic amenity expected in a resort. - *Road to Resort*: The 7km road to the resort is in poor condition, with many potholes. It's not safe to drive at night. *Positive Aspects:* - *Magician Act*: The evening entertainment was enjoyable. - *Greenery*: The resort's property is well-maintained, with plenty of greenery. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Improve food quality and variety. - Ensure all advertised activities are operational. - Upgrade villa rooms to match the pricing and maintain proper hygiene standards. - Review and improve towel washing and handling procedures. - Provide basic amenities like laundry bags and bathroom slippers. - Fix the road leading to the resort for better accessibility and safety. We hope the management takes our feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.

I had a wonderful experience at Rurban Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendly and cooperative nature truly stood out--they were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was guiding us through activities or accommodating special requests. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that the team here takes pride in making guests feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great hospitality!

I would share a honest review . The property is fantastic and lush green spread in acres. But there is a big scope of improvisation. Services are really slow some times they take hours to reach . Some of the workers are really hard working on the other hand some are just enjoying . Checkin was also not so smooth . A pure management is just missing. Food is fabulous & just homely . For non vegetarian you to order in advance like 4-5 hours before . Prices are on bit higher side. They have multiple pools and rain dance . Some of activities were just missing . It's a good place to enjoy with kids and family. I would suggest they should hire some management employees and implement a good decorum. All the best to Rurban team ...!

I had a great experience at Rurban. |Landed from USA for my wedding and can't get a better place than Rurban for the most special day of my life. A friend of mine recommended me to host my wedding reception there and the experience was top-notch from the get-go. The staff greeted us with big smiles and jokes, making check-in at the reception with the welcome drinks was more fun than usual. My room was a haven - clean, cozy, and just the right amount of cool.|The food? An absolute winner. It's like traveling the world on a plate, without the jet lag. Location couldn't be better for peace and greenery, and the amenities like pool were the cherry on top.|Rurban got it all - comfort, fun, and all those little perks that make a stay memorable. Definitely a must-visit again. I would like give a big thank you to Mr. Shreyes for hospitality and all the efforts made to mar my big day more special. Solid 10/10 on my list!

The whole team right from security, porter, reception, restaurant staffs, and room service shown a very friendly and helpful attitude. I personally found Mr. Shreyes very mature and courteous in handling my queries and give me a great experience. Overall a very nice experience. The breakfast menu and quality of food was excellent and the activities sums it all up. |I would love to visit again.

The lush greenery, clean air, and beautifully maintained property made us feel like we had stepped into a different world--far away from the city chaos.||The best part? **The activities!** There's something for everyone--ziplining, archery, pottery, reverse bungee , and many more to keep us entertained. My little one had a blast feeding the rabbits and ducks, while we enjoyed a peaceful walk around the property.||Food was another highlight! The buffet had a variety of delicious options, and everything tasted fresh and homely. The staff was attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout.||Whether you're looking for a family outing, corporate retreat, or a fun day with friends, Rurban Resort ticks all the boxes. We hosted a two-day wedding event at this property, booking over 32 rooms and committing a significant budget. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare, largely due to the owner's unprofessionalism and mismanagement.||||The property itself is located in a remote interior area, which is difficult to access. However, the real issue was the owner, Mr. Ajay -- an extremely petty, dishonest, and inefficient individual who made the entire planning process unnecessarily stressful. Despite agreeing to terms in advance, he began adding absurd extra charges close to the wedding dates for basic amenities and services that were never discussed.||||One of the most shocking parts was his demand for payment toward external vendor costs, even though his team neither coordinated with nor supported those vendors in any way. His greed and lack of ethics were echoed even by his own staff -- from the gatekeeper to the manager, multiple people openly expressed their frustration with the owner's behavior, calling him cheap, dishonest, and manipulative.||||For a fully booked property with over 32 rooms, they deployed only two housekeeping staff, forcing our own team of 15 office staff members to handle logistics. The rooms were in poor condition -- many had an unpleasant odor, lacked basic toiletries, and offered no towels or proper linens. Guests repeatedly called housekeeping with no response. To make things worse, there was no vehicle or support to help guests move from the gate (which was nearly 700-800 meters away) to the rooms.||||Despite charging 9,000 per room per night, the quality was worse than a budget OYO room. Mr. Ajay made several lofty promises during the initial deal -- including lighting, catering coordination, support staff, and hosting services -- all of which he denied or backed out from as the event neared.||||Overall, it was a gruesome and extremely disappointing experience for us and our guests. This property, and more importantly, its owner, do not even deserve a one-star rating. If you're considering this venue for any event, do yourself a favor and stay far away. We strongly advise against planning any occasion here -- it's simply not worth the stress, disappointment, or money.
