Radisson Hotel Bareilly Airport

I stayed at this hotel recently during a short trip. While the overall experience was decent the room was clean the staff was polite, and the check in process was smooth I was quite surprised and disappointed by one particular issue drinking water was not provided free of cost.In most hotels, especially those that charge a similar or higher tariff, at least one or two complimentary bottles of water are provided per day. However, at this hotel, I was informed that I had to purchase bottled water, and to my surprise, the price was significantly higher than usual. This felt unreasonable and gave the impression that the hotel is trying to charge guests for even the most basic amenities.Access to clean drinking water is a fundamental necessity, and when people are paying a good amount to stay at a place, they expect such basic services to be covered. I would strongly recommend that the mamnagement reconsider this policy and at least offer a couple of complimentary water bottles per day. It would definitely improve guest satisfaction.Other than that, my stay was fine, but this issue did affect the overall value for money.Hope this helps future travelers.

I had a good experience during my stay at the Radisson Hotel. The hospitality was impressive, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the food -- it was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The only downside was the swimming pool area. While the pool was operational, the presence of monkeys around made it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. Apart from that, everything else met our expectations, and we had a pleasant stay.

This was our second stay in this hotel in recent months. Very good staff. Professional, polite and flexible. From check in, cafe, room service, concierge, house keeping all are well trained. We were served by Diksha for house keeping. Liked the conduct and quick response. The location is just off high way. Very convenient. Avoids city congestion. We have experienced suite and rooms. All are good. Overall good experience. We come often to Bareilly as our daughter studies here. Have stayed in multiple places, this is the best option here.

The stay was awesome. The hire staff is very cordial and friendly esp Shri Santosh Paladhi. He took care very well for all our requirement. The food was great and the room was very hygienic | I will definitely choose it again for my next stay and would recommend to everyone

The room was excellent and properly managed. Room service was handled by Diksha and the work was absolutely great. Location was great. We loved the behavior from Diksha and her humility make us thinking to visit here again.

I visited the Restaurant of Radisson Bareilly UP to celebrate my wife's birthday.The entire management and the team members deserve to be thanked for making our celebration very memorable.The dinner buffet was very elaborate and we were offered special dishes by the chef and his team.The ambience of the restaurant was very nice with elegant elite customers. Special thanks to Mr Manmeet,Hemant,Naresh ,Tauheed the singer and entertainer for giving special attention to us and making us feel so special. Best of lucks to Mr Salman for all efforts.Thanks

Chef Shankar was just fantastic with meeting to all our food requirements with a big smile. I wish him lot of success in the future and Hope to bump Into him in my future travels:-) definitely needs a raise!!!!!||Also the servers were very good too. All in all a great experience.

I called the hotel a day before my arrival to make a reservation for 1 room & I was told the hotel is fully booked for a corporate event. I requested the lady 3-4 times as we wanted just 1 room for a day as we were transiting to Mumbai. She even said why wouldn't I offer you a room if we have one. Then I checked online on Expedia & make my trip, both had rooms available, I booked thru Expedia. On arrival today, we get to know that only half hotel is occupied with corporate event & rest are other guests & THEY STILL HAVE SOME ROOMS AVAILABLE. (Reception told us they got some cancellation & online websites had availability since morning. I fail to understand why weren't we offered a room. Also on arrival I visited the washroom near the reception, which was stinking so badly & was not clean. I hope rooms are good
