OYO 36427 Hotel Red Sapphire

It's a celebration hall, so everyday there is a party or something. Facilities are good, rooms are big, but there is lots of noise and it's very difficult to get a sound sleep. Even local guys book room for partying all night. During our stay 4-5 guys partied all night for continuos 4 days in room next to us. It was all smoke in the lobby. It was no use complaining in the reception and it appeared as if they are deliberately permitting such people in their premises for money. Were were simply stuck there with our baby. Not recommended for family as it's not a proper hotel. The premises though is good and spacious.

Fantastic place for organizing marriage and other events have enough space for parking and Hall's for DJ and the hotel look very attractive and beautiful from outside and inside also and events charges is very reasonable and mean. Feel amazing to enjoy a wedding here . Thanks

The hotel accommodations are pathetic at best and unsuitable for human habitation at worst. I'm guessing the good reviews are only because the banquet hall is good, not because of the rooms. Attack on health and sleep: Poor sound insulation means you get to hear your neighbors talking in the corridor or next room all hours of the night, bed is smaller than even a queen size bed so you can only sleep on the floor, the storage space has paint smell causing headaches. What's missing in the hotel: Proper signage, elevators, intercom facility to call for any service. What's missing in the room: TV, water kettle, telephone, night lighting, bedside lighting, chair for the desk. What's missing in the bathroom: Towels, toiletries, shower, hot water throughout the day. What's broken: The toilet cannot be firmly shut from the outside, it will always swing enough to leave a crack open, dampness damage in the walls, wash basin faucet is installed incorrectly, window curtain broken and left hanging lopsided, one of the ceiling lights. Its basically a broken shell of a hotel, pretending to offer good service. Don't get trapped here.

Great place if you have to throw a party, wedding functions best classy ambience with seating decorations and lightings. Parking space is decent enough and you won't be bothered for moving your car here and there

Good baquet hall. Very spacious and clean. Rooms are also good and clean. Has one open space and two indoor halls. They also hav separate parking space. Overall a good place for arranging functions.

Location is nice. New buiding constructed. Sizes and quality of room essentials and service was good. We haven't tasted the food, but the presentation was good.

Service was great.but i think there were no precaution taken on covid 19. There were more then 200 people in party. I would bot suggest to go there at this point of time

Property was under maintenance at the time of my stay. Very Poor service Even No one was available to receive the Call from Hotel Room. Strictly Not Recommended.
