Worst hotel in area, rooms toilet bedsheet everything was dirty, they charged me 1500 per room but service was pathetic, its a nightmare to stay in this hotel

Very very bad service no manners how to behave or speak with public.. At present basic provisions r also not there... I don't like to even one star

Room hotel services are worst.... Behaviour of staff is unpleasant.Rooms are costly.

I visited Mirzapur in December 2016 for my official tour. I stayed in this hotel and believe me the hotel rooms were below average. Toilets were dirty and the manager at that time was pathetic in behaviour. I asked him to give us one more towel as we were 2 people staying there and suddenly he got angry and said "Ek se zyada tauliya nhi milega" and he didn't provide it. I will suggest staying at some better place.

This hotel is really bad , they force you to deposit money during check in so you can't do anything later on. During my stay there was no water in taps after lots of requests they supplied one bucket of water. AC stopped working midnight after several calls they said they can't do anything. Bathrooms smell so bad and it seems they did not perform any maintenance from years. TV and cable not working and they ignored this complaint like all other complaints. Please stay away from this hotel.

Hotal ok is very bad service in this staff was very abused longug by me manager spiking bad language

Worst experience ever! It's better you stay on Mirzapur waiting hall rather than book Hotel OK... Very dirty rooms, pathetic condition of washroom. Mosquitoes are limitless.
