Hotel O Shyam Utsav

The worst service the worst room. This hotel is full of fraud. They will show they have best room but they will give you labour ward. Toilet doesn't even have a flush. They didn't have a bulb for bathroom they told us to adjust.

#Scam Alert u booked the hotels and u r going for check in ..and at that time they will give you a sock by saying that we haven't got any payment from that app.....basically they got better offer from different persons or app

Finding hotel was not easy and probably google maps shows some other address in a very congested street (full of huge traffic). And then hotel staff is kind of rude and maybe small city mentality. Its a marriage hall and sells its rooms as hotel stay so probably staff doesn't know, what hospitality industry is. Staff was rigid and rude, Booking done for 1 adult can't have 2 adults in the room, thats absurd when 1 adult will get the room with capacity of 2 adults.

Its very inside but close to temple. Room were not clean and bedsheets were stale and dusty.

very bad experience. no hot water. location bad... approach road is bad , with continuous jam people don't pick up calls... food is ok.

I have visited this property. Location is ok but very bad experience. Staff are un hygienic, bedsheets n towel were not clean. Totally worthless...

Good place to stay. Really cooperative staff. Very spacious and well maintained room. Value for money. Most famous ghat is just walking distance from the hotel. Good food and service. Most favourable thing is if you're travelling via road with your own car they also provide the rooms for stay to your driver free of cost. Enjoyed my 3 days vacation so much.
