A memorable and enjoyable stay. Our stay at konark grand Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were friendly ,helpful in nature. I specially loved the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Ordered chinese and italian food for the first time from here and fortunately I have had a good experience. Food was yummy, fresh and quantity of the food was also worth the money. The delivery was also quick. Polite, cooperative and sincere staff. Finding such a good place in a small town is difficult. Thanks konark management and staff for being here for us.

Head Waitress at restaurant should be trained well. Being a hotel management student she doesn't even know how to serve the food. Ordered for soup, starters and main course. Already informed to get soup firstly and then continue to serve the rest items. But the waitress got the main course first and then starters and soup lastly. When I asked for the same, she replied arrogantly whatever gets ready first that would be served first. And she just placed the items on table and left. Not even brothered to serve. But while billing she came to us and trying to talk nicely as she noticed cash in our hands. She is very much interested in collecting tips from guests but not in service.........But the junior waitress was smiling and well mannered...she noticed that we felt inconvenience and apologised us.......... Food and Beverage should definitely need to train the staff.....Hope this will not get repeated in future.

The hotel provided an excellent stay with clean, well-maintained rooms and top-notch service. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

I stayed at Konark Grand Hotel, Mirzapur, while attending a marriage function -- and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and thoughtful management of the property. The hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Every aspect of the wedding function was seamlessly organized, allowing us to enjoy the celebrations without any hassle. The owners were personally involved, often engaging with guests and even suggesting ways to explore the surrounding area. Thanks to their help, we were able to arrange a cab to visit the Vindhyachal Temple, which was a memorable part of our trip. To my surprise, I ended up doing some shopping too! The hotel features an exclusive boutique - Bhartiya Saanjh- for Indian traditional clothing, with a lovely collection. I picked up a few outfits for my mother and sister-in-law, and they absolutely loved them. All in all, Konark Grand Hotel offers not just a stay, but a well-rounded experience with attention to detail, personal touches, and great hospitality. Highly recommended if you are visiting Mirzapur for an event or leisure.

Very poor services. They do not have sufficient facilities but rates are abnormally high. Hotel missing in basic facilities. Asked for a bucket for washroom. But could not provide as they gave only 5 for some rooms. Food quality is bad.

Don't go this hotel or restaurant bad experience rate it's too hight according to the city n food tast too there r so many good restaurant in mirzapur don't west ur money they charge extra in every food when staff give me the bill there r so many extra charges so plzz first check n then pay amout others vibe the restaurant staff nt accepting there fault plzzzzz don't goooo Konark

I recently stayed at Konark Grand hotel , and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was spotless, spacious. The hotel's location was perfect--close to key attractions and transportation options, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where the food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. Also, I bought few clothes from Bhartiye Saanjh at the hotel, the quality and the colors were worth each penny, totally loved my purchases. Overall, my stay at Konark Grand hotel was wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and top-quality experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
