OYO 27731 Hotel Grand A-star

Worst place ever.... They charge thrice the normal price and toilet were dirty and ac was not working properly........ I left room only after 2-3 hours..... Just a waste of time and money...... Receptionist before taking money was very polite but after I paid for room and I told things are not working properly he was very rude...... Guys seriously never take a chance to go there.......

It's basically 2 star property. Rooms are small in size and not properly maintained. TV remotes are missing. Bathroom fixtures have problems. Had breakfast there, that's good and specially tea.

One of the worst hotel stay experience at this hotel. My car broke down in front of this hotel in midnight and I had no other option other than staying the whole night at this hotel. Overpriced & Small Rooms with full of mosquito. No allout was given even on request & we have to adjust with the mosquito that complete night. No packege water was given but normal water was being served. 1500.00 for half night was really not good with pathetic service.

Hotel is perfect for small functions and meetings. I too had gone for a meeting to attend. The staff is really nice. The hotel is built with beautiful interiors. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Third floor of the hotel has a "Parantha Express" which is a 'must to do' thing in Meerut for sure. They serve 180 kinds of Paranthas. The Parantha I tasted was Aalo Pyaaz Parantha...which was served with Dal Makhani, Vegetable Raita, Salad, Pickle and Green Chutney. The taste is very good and the Paranthas are mouth watering to eat. Do visit it for sure. You will love it

My experience here is less than pleasant... First thing to note is that hotel is on second floor and their lift was not in operation and didn't had certification... Two person got stuck in lift midway same day I went.. So no no for senior citizens... Second is that this property is not maintained well, the washrooms are dingy with old fittings which may leak all night... Won't ever choose this hotel again...

Lunch and Dinner is not available at hotel as well as breakfast was jyst a farmelty as well as no candidate will provide for luggage carry upto room either for checkin or checkout.Also cheat us ie@ Pls give your mobile fone for checkout where as they filled Five 5 star rating for their worst services. Go with another one.

A gread room and facilities in the hotel.price is much efficient as compare to others.appliances worked properly in the room bed is clean and arranged.overall good with respect to prize .no disterbance

Very dirty place. Staffs are arrogant. Details provided about the Hotel is completely wrong. Made personal visit and immediately check out. Could not stay single day even.
