Consistently Excellent Stay Year After Year! I visit this city every year for long stays, and I always choose this property. The food is hands down the best I've ever had--always delicious and full of variety! The hospitality is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly decent and cooperative, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, and I highly recommend it!

It's okay but i didn't get hotel like feel. On 2nd dinner of my stay , chapati was not freshed. I ordered daal tadka but got daal makhni so service is not good.

Visited today (24/07/2024), ordered a Paneer Butter Masala dish for takeaway. I asked them to put "mint chutney" with the takeaway order and the person on the front desk who sounded so disrespectful, denied to do so and as he clearly stated "we only serve mint chutney to customers who dine in our restaurant and also they prepare chutney in a very limited amount, so it cant be given. I wonder how come such a place have such disgraded service with a takeaway order which I think is most awful customer service in line of hospitality as even a street vendor doesnt hesitate to provide such a thing and greet its customers
