Hotel Hyphen Premier

Overall not a good experience. The Flush was not working properly. Kettle was not clean. The bath mat was not available. Too much time at the reception desk for the final billing. Floor numbering is not clear in the lift.

Situated in prime location of city the hotel is nice on every count be it cleanliness or food or security or hospitality.. Room decor is exquisite.. Crispy clean linen, hygenic bathroom,nice city view from room no.514 all made me love this property.

It's a pleasant stay with quality food in meerut. Location 5/5 Check-in process Very Fast Checkout Easy Must visit, most recommended . Thanks to Mam Bhagyashri and Gaurav ji for quality And friendly service.

There is no professional service at the hotel. Breakfast served is very limited and even hot tea and coffee is not available. The rooms are not very hygienic. Bathrooms don't have napkins, even if you ask for it. The hotel is misleading customers with service commitments but it's not there. Lights go off frequently. Not recommended

Our room was upgraded by the hotel itself, which is a good gesture. The room was clean and spacious. All the basic amenities were available. In TV only one channel was available. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff was very helpful.

Rooms were clean, but furniture had some minor aesthetic damage. Has secured parking facility. Service was good. There is lot of civil construction going around in the surrounding areas so not an ideal place to go out for a casual walk etc.

Stay was comfortable and services is very good and polite staff spacially front office staff is well biheved and Mr Harendra kasana (Duty Manager ) is coprative Thanks & regards

One of the worst hotel experiences i ever had ... First of all the staff was so unprofessional . Even though we had a booking but they kept us waiting for half an hour and after showing some grace they took another 15 min doing some baseless formalities. And then out of no where on baseless logic demanded other 1000 bucks and you would not believe they were literally making a call to us demanding for the cash at 2 AM in the night..... Please think twice before staying here rooms are also not of that sort ki bhout acha and all. I would say just avoid staying here ... I regret choosing it over Hotel Raj Mahal . Speacially that papesh guy 0 respect for customer zero tolerance level zero hospitable behaviour... If that type of person was persent in my working place i would have seriously thrown him put of there
