OYO Flagship 83403 The Pacific Hotel

Do not visit at all . 1) I booked an AC room , but when I went there , hotel said that they do not provide AC room and only give it to offline customers with premium. After 1 hour of hussle of Oyo customer care and hotel , i finally got an AC room. 2)ac was not good and was without any remote. 3)main room door did not had a lock from outside which means if you want to go out , then you will either have to take all you luggage with you or leave it just like that without safety. 4)bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty, even after asking for new , they didn't provide . 5)check out time as mentioned was 11am...but hotel person keeps pressurising you to check out at 9am . Not only me, I saw it happening with other people. 6)hotel neither does have a kitchen and nor the location is good and does not have anything decent around to eat. 7)now you might have understood , that there is no ample cleaning , because of which there are a lot of mosquitoes

One of the worst ever Hotel seen in my entire life and that to be recommended by OYO.Never ever go to this place .rooms were not cleaned at all.All the dust ,rappers,cigarette buds were pushed under bed.foul smell,full of rats.bathrooms were not cleaned.Dirty linen, No towels,soaps nothing provided.Pkanning too sanitation though OYO sends the message it will be cleaned front of u.Wilm never recommend. Koi Dushman ko bhi recommend na karey.The night was nightmare.

Very nice and clean Rooms, Decent staff. Prices are reliable for stay. We can say that it's a cheep and best Hotel in Hapur.

Staff is very good Room was clean but was too hot But the problem was that the hoteliers did not run the AC of my room on their behalf and refused to run it when it was like this in my booking.
