Very bad management, dirty and smelly washroom, room was poorly maintained. Staff were not polite at all. Overall experience very bad. Won't recommend it to anyone.

Good clining and good staff Nice rooms

Stayed for a day for a cousin's wedding function. Rooms are decent, washrooms are also ok, spacious as well.

Not a good place for family stay, we found cigarettes smells in our bathroom and room coming from next room and management told that it is allowed to smoke. Too many mosquitoes in hotel. Rooms are big but poorly maintained. Rates are too high. There was left over wrappers and other thing from previous occupants when we arrived. Service is not proactive, no mosquito repellent was provided until it was asked for. No towels, soaps were provided. Tea provided was super expensive and bad at the same time. Location is not good if you are looking to spend time in Vrindavan as it is around 12km from the hotel.

The rooms are not as shown on the site, its old room, not worth for the amt they demand. The washrooms are not that great maintained, the doors have gone bad, doesn't close easily. No room service for cleaning. In bathrooms, the bucket has so much of dust, we ourself had to clean it. Just 1 towels per room, n not changed next day. Had to call thrice for anything needed.
