Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the [mention something specific like "beautiful view," "fast Wi-Fi," or "plush bedding"]. The location was perfect -- close to [mention landmarks or convenience like "restaurants", "city center", "public transport"]. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

A fraud hotel please don't book this hotel. We booked late night as we are travelling from prayagraj to Delhi we thought we should take a break as we are driving continuously. We called the hotel for the room they said we have rooms available for rs 2500 I said that ok I am booking online and coming but accidentally while creating booking after 12:00AM dates changed to next day so I called Goibibo customer care immediately to modify dates , Goibibo person told me that hotel staff is telling they don't have any rooms available I told them that I have talked to them regarding availability then I decided to cancel and get my refund but the hotel staff didn't picked the call of the Goibibo and mine as well. Worst experience we are exhausted and tired and the hotel in Mathura just doing these type of things I respect all brajwasi as they are relatives of Krishna. I am just sharing my experience and inconvenience that I faced and hotel staff taking advantage of my situation. But I must say your doing these things in Mathura dhaam, Krishna will surely punish. "I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They overcharged me beyond the maximum retail price (MRP) for some items, which is not only unfair but also unethical. It's frustrating when businesses take advantage of customers like this. On top of that, the staff seemed dismissive when I questioned the extra charges. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their pricing policies and customer service. There are far better options nearby that are honest and transparent with their pricing."

The hotel offered a great value for the price. the room was comfortable, and well appointed and the food was fresh and flavourful.

Well, usually I don't care writing reviews but this was the only bad experience I had on my 10days long trip to Uttar Pradesh. Hotel is good and food is awesome. But problem is with the staff and their integrity with work! Despite of our repeated conversations of having MFP plan, the guy at reception tried to charge me extra for food that too in Cash. Which means he knew I don't have to pay for food but still tried if I pay the money by mistake so that it goes into his pocket. Another bad experience was with waiters at kitchen. They show fake care for you just to earn some tip. The moment I rejected to pay the tip, they instantly stopped serving me at all. I had to call thrice at reception for water, coffee etc. They even skipped room servicing for a day! I should say, compared to the money I paid, I deserved better service. Overall, I do recommend staying at this hotel but DO NOT TRUST the any of staff here or show any kind of kindness to them.

Rooms are small, not clean, toilet broken, no water pressure in shower, breakfast was okay. I don't recommend. Not staying here again.

I stayed with my family(wife, kid and parents) for three nights during first week of October 2024. Clean rooms with AC; Reasonable price; Good house keeping service Just 1 KM away from Yamuna Ghat and 1.5 KM away from famous Shri Dwarkadhish Temple; About 3 KM away from railway station. Polite staff; Always ready to help. Food is average; Veg Biryani was good(lunch); Poha and Puri Bhaji were good for the morning breakfast. We found the curry bit salty but, they were able to correct it next time. Request you to pay attention and improvise on food quality.
