HOTEL SHEETAL REGENCY

Location is great with proper connectivity. Booked a room with for family here and we were asked to wait for check-in for around 1 hour which was understandable as we were kind of early and they said they are preparing the room. In the room the fan was making regular noise like an old fan and the switch off the AC was broken making it work only for 10 minutes hardly even after raising the issue with the authorities and them trying they couldn't do anything and left and the AC stopped after 5 min this had to spend whole night with only 1 fan for whole room which couldn't cool it. The bathroom was having some smell.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with 2 rooms and it was the best choice we made. Our stay had breakfast included, tastewise food was top notch, the variety was okay and it was swapped on daily basis. The hotel staffs were super friendly and kind. We were able to extend our stay with no difficulty. Thanks to each staff who made our stay unforgettable.

Very poor service and management. I was a regular customer of this Hatdal. Earlier their service was good but now both service and management are bad. We had booked for 4 days but because our train was running late, the hotel owner asked for a buffer extension of two hours. While we used to take their hotel every year, even though we were regular customers, they forced us to check out. There was no way to pay for the whole day so that we could pay for the whole day. This hotel is close to Janmabhoomi hai sochkar hum har saal book karte hai par in logo ko kadar nahi hai customer ki main to aye aage ino nahi karongi kurong. And we will also suggest you to find reasonable 3* hotels and hotels with good service.

Bad experience. No free water, even on asking they said water is not free in big hotels...how disgusting it is. AC not working properly, even discussing with staff and management no solution provided. No towels provided in room. In billing also, extra water bottles added, not purchased. No kids play area, as mentioned in hotel features. Door lock not working properly. Only good thing is it's close to Janmabhoomi.

Great location--just a short walk from Krishna Janmabhoomi. The service has potential but could be more consistent. Breakfast options could also use some improvement, especially with better service.

The hotel was under renovation and the room provided for Rs. 3800/- + GST was not worth the price. The AC was not working and at some places, there was slightly water leakage from top ceiling. But the service was good. They actively responded to our calls and provided quick service. The breakfast was great with decent variety. Rooms have a lot to be improved but commendable room service. Overall, it was a decent experience with its pros and cons.

Never ever go for any booking for function. They take two bookings for the same day and when you go 1 day before to check the preparations then they will say that we have another booking (which have doubt guests).In this situation we had to rush and search another venue in less then 24 hours before our function. They even not bothered to inform that they are canceling our booking even after taking advance and giving receipt. VERY BIG FRAUDERSTER.

Very poor maintainance. We have booked the hotel one month before and the rooms were not ready. Ac not working, washroooms were not ready, hot water was not available. Very poor maintainance. the staff was very polite though. |Food: cheese balls weregood. Night dinner was very good, morning is ok the price here does not meet the ambience here anywhere..
