Hotel Shantah Inn Mathura

Recently i visited these hotel with my family 27 & 28 feb 2025. When we go to these hotel we see hotel is in under construction and renovation. Room are fill with durt and every where electronic wire and broad sattered.we booked 3 rooms. In 2 rooms flash are not working. Pillow is hard. We have to told them everthing to clean the room.tv have no set channel , tv only operate with wify. Room bathroom is too small. And they not have any resturant and surrounding these hotel you dont find any food facility. You have only one option order food from the hotel menu. These food order take extra 30 rs as delivery charges. In these hotel only one advantage that is mathura station is near by to thess hotel.

Location is near by to Railway station, hardly 2-3 mins walkin distance. Rooms are also good . Staff is very helpful and well behaved. Would recommend to everyone.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to railway station. The staff at reception were very helpful and accommodation and the rooms were spacious ans comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and we'll certainly be seeking to stay here again if we ever are in Florence

Very comfortable stay in this hotel rooms and toilet are neat and clean rrom AC is good condition hotel provide free Wi-Fi or drinking water front dex staff is very cooperative and supportive

My experience was not good in this hotel . Location was very disturbed and looks like very scary in night.. Don't go with family in this hotel...

This is new property One of best hotel in near mathura railway station all rooms very neat and clean a/c is good condition and staff is very cooperative and good behaviour of costumer i m enjoy my staff in this hotel
