* No cleaning.... No one to help after booking... in night and mong till 8 AM staff slipping no one care .... No one fir help if any emergency... * Not safe for single traveller or family * Many drunks people making soo much noises all the night .... In 2-3 rooms * they gave me there best room but no HOT water and no one for help and phone is switch off * Very bed experience

Workers are nice, but not the owner. He is not a man of words. He wants money only and then he don't care about customer facilities. My experience: we booked two AC rooms. And the day we reached at morning 7am we were told that we will get rooms at 12 pm, till then we stayed in one non ac room. In afternoon the owner told that we will get rooms at 9pm, then 10pm, and after a long wait we got one room at 11.30 pm and one at 12.45am. And the cleaning was done after two days. So I'll suggest to not to stay in this hote even if it is the last one in mathura. Better go to vrindavan and stay there.

Not so good... Service poor... No room service Room locks and other amenities of room in not proper condition Even the number provided for room service did not work.... There was no phones in the room for calling the reception. We had to use our mobiles... but even after that the provided number had no incoming call facility. After many repeated personal reporting at the reception, no body recharged the television set top box.... hardly on the second day before departure it started... All these things show their non professional attitude and take it for granted behaviour..

one of my family member was taking a bath when she realised that a staff member was peeking through the washroom's window. we talked to the owner, instead of taking some action against him he was taking his side.. extremely poor staff and disgusting people.

I am giving 1 because there is no option for zero they are completely frod.Having no amenities charging too much. They are torturing people by calling bhaiyaji and vidhayakji god knows when they gonna be mature such people are definitely spoiling the name of UP.

Good located property. But cleaning, staff and all services was very poor. This is a lower class experience.
