I had the worst experience staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. I arrived early in the morning with my family, including two kids, and requested an early check-in. Despite my repeated requests, the staff refused, claiming there were no vacant rooms. I have never faced such an issue before, as most hotels accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. Even after informing them that I planned to leave by evening and wouldn't need an overnight stay, they remained unhelpful. I even reached out to the hotel owner, but that didn't help either. After waiting for 1.5 hours, the staff suddenly demanded an extra 500 for early check-in--something they could have mentioned upfront instead of making us wait unnecessarily. This lack of transparency and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. Hygiene standards were also shockingly low. The hotel provided us with a used staff towel, which was completely unacceptable. This clearly shows their lack of concern for guest comfort and cleanliness. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, customer service, and hygiene. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding it.

Very much bad experience. No extra bedsheets, no extra pillow, no extra towel they can supply if the customer want. There's also no TV in any room. Only money they want. No room service facility. Please don't waste your money by booking this hotel. There are many hotels in mathura.

Very bad experience and the customer service is bad, the room was not clean enough and we had to let them know to clean the room but they didn't care at all, don't waste your money coming to this hotel. You will regret it later.

Overall nice budget hotel very near to railway station . Newly renovated (some work ongoing). Very cooperative staff, manager and owner. One could hire private taxi for visiting nearby places at reasonable rates.

Hotel is very near to railway station, I have bad experience here. You can book this hotel from Makemytrip only. But I booked the hotel by calling owner. I got his number from a source. I booked for next day. I booked 3rooms by paying 50% in advance. Price was same as showing in MMT. Next morning I reached before check in time and they said we can keep our luggage and go out. They will keep our luggage in room once rooms are clean. Once we back in afternoon they said they don't have 3rooms they can provide 2rooms and we have to adjust. Once I asked him to cancel booking and refund they didn't. Later they provide one room in other hotel. They don't provide towel, complimentary drinking water bottle. Rooms are ok. Don't expect much.

Don't visit this hotel. There is very unprofessional staff and service are also very bad.

Amazing Services ! I planned 3 days trip during the weekend and stayed in most amazing hotel. Manager Ajeet and owner Mr. Goswami they are courteous and helpful. Near to Mathura rly station. Rooms were big and comfortable
